All good tips. I am not a smoker, but I have lines around my mouth. Some are genetic, but while I was at the dermatologists offices discussing procedures like the Fraxel DUAL laser, etc.. I mentioned those lines and immediately she pointed to my water bottle! Some people (like Angie from Hot and Flashy on YT and Tammy's Ageless Beauty -also YT) have taught themselves ti drink from a straw without wrinkling their lips. So, I guess it can be done! I'd love to become a back sleeper. I have thrown away so much money in pillows & props trying... Nothing has worked but maybe I'll the mind shift your recommend..until then I"ll stick with the Sleep and Glow pillow for side sleepers. The silk pillowcase helps my hair and the cutouts keep overnight wrinkles from being pressed and ironed into this face of mine! Thanks for all the helpful reminders.

Love it all, Rachel! If I may add oral health as being a big part of inflamaging :) I have my teeth professionally cleaned every 3 months and my teeth don’t bleed now with flossing. A big improvement. Plaque (bacteria) in the gums are known to correlate with bleeding gums and plaque buildup in the heart. My husband had his lower teeth move a lot in the last 20 years and he did Invisalign for 4 months and I can say he defiantly looks younger now. Unfortunately, he had an antibiotic when he was young and it greyed his teeth. I’m too sensitive for whitening but I do use a whitening toothpaste daily and it works fine. Great content and love how everyone shares:*

Soooo glad you are sharing this!!!! Isn’t that incredible that there is that correlation between flossing and heart health??? Have you looked into coconut oil pulling? And even water flossing with hydrogen peroxide? I haven’t tried it myself but I know some people swear by it!

@@RundownwithRachel I’ve heard of coconut pulling. I might need to research that! I use CloSys mouthwash at the recommendation of my dentist. It’s suppose to kill bad bacteria while maintaining the good. It has zero taste, no sting, so I can get my kids to do it :)

As a Dental Hygienist I can’t recommend Hydrogen peroxide with H2O enough for bleeding gums. Mix 50/50 and brush solution into the gumline.floss daily and have a professional cleaning.

03:02 My desk faces a window too, but I just can’t give that up! ☺️ 🖼 I LOVE all the sunlight and outside view! I “think” my windows block UV rays, but I could be wrong (but even if not, I still love my view too much to move my desk! Ha!).
And… I typically only put sunscreen on when I go outside, but my computer screen probably has aging light (though I do lower the blue light even in the daytime). 😬 I should get in the habit of putting it on every morning.
03:32 Exaggerated facial expressions! 😂 Yes!! My sister _LOVES_ my exaggerated faces!! She says she always gets the best reactions from me. I’ll have to accept the wrinkles from these. Can’t give these up! 🤪
04:06 Stress. I’d like to know Truman’s foxhole! Ha! For me, it’s just giving things to God. Not that I don’t still stress, but it helps tremendously knowing God is in control and I can trust Him.
I lost my precious brother unexpectedly a year ago. I had peace, but it was just so deeply heartbreaking. I do feel like I aged more last year, and I even lost like 1/3rd of my hair, which I think was a reaction of being so heartbroken. But now I mostly have joy thinking of him. I know he’s in heaven! 🙌🏻✨
5:03 It’s great to know tinted sunscreen adds an extra layer of protection!! I use mineral sunscreens. CeraVe has a tinted one I really like. And, I lower the blue light on my screen (for my eye health).
06:38 😂 So funny!! I enjoy murder mysteries too but only the lighthearted ones-like Hallmark. If they feel too dark, or start affecting my mood, I can’t watch those. I’m very careful about assessing how things make me feel. I’ve stopped certain TV shows when they started turning dark even though I was already sucked in.
06:55 YES!!! I rarely ever get on social media, because it doesn’t always leave me feeling the best, and it’s such a big time suck!
09:10 Peter Pan! So cute, and I do this #4 leg shape too when sleeping on my back and so agree.
12:30 I love sun hats! 👒 I like to go outside in the afternoon and just lay in the sun. It feels soooo good. I always grab a big hat, and I’ve learned you can still get Vitamin D with sunscreen on, so I may start using sunscreen on my arms and legs too.
12:59 Aww! I love that you and your dad go for walks every Saturday! And wow-he looks so young and fit. He’s obviously doing something right, and you come from great genes!
14:30 Extra ideas. Have you tried facial exercise? I’m mid 40s, starting to see aging, and I think this is something I want to start. It makes a lot of sense.
I will say too though that while I do try to do anti-aging and take care of myself, I also find that the older I get, the less I care, and the more accepting I am of myself aging. I remind myself that I “am” older and it’s okay to age. I don’t think anyone around me cares if I start getting wrinkles. 😆
I also have a very small social circle, I’m not married, I don’t post photos on social media (or even get tagged in them, because my friends/family aren’t into that and know I’m not either, ha!), so I’m definitely not trying to impress anyone, but I do like to look classy when I go out, so I typically have on at least a little bit of makeup, make sure my hair looks decent, clothes are stylish (even if this athleisure), and I do maintain a small weight.
Also, my biggest desire is to just be happy and enjoy life, and I know I don’t have to stay looking young for that. I enjoy working from home with peaceful music playing, going outside in the afternoon, cooking to some feel-good music or inspirational music, cooking up some comfort foods-like tonight, I’m making strawberry cobbler. I like to do things that feed my soul, and thank goodness, I can enjoy all these things looking old or young! Ha!
Thank you for another great video!! ❤

I've been binge watching your videos.I am 45.I too had a upper eyelid, lip lift and Sculptra(gradually done)all done in August of last year.Lots of previous work and maintenance.Years of Botox and filler,is why I believe I felt my only alternative and to stop and undo the permant damage toxin route actually does.I already do almost all of your beauty rituals and agree with alot of your suggestions and were already doing them before I found you..About the"runners face"/jarring movement,I bought a vibration plate.I feel like even on mid level(I like to do the most, slowly learning less is sometimes more)it is quite jarring.Worried that constant shaking may add to aging, rather than be helpful? Why I also am on the fence about buying a rebounder.Just wanting your opinion on at least on those.Since it seems you have been doing them a more lengthy amount of time.Getting out of the need to be intense workouts to be effective.I to do the"most"and so grateful I stumbled across your video about the healing process of the eyelid
.Before I saw it,I was looking into finding C02,in my area. The more research I did, thankful to just let the body do it's own natural healing.Love your energy and videos.Thank you for sharing your journey!🙏💛

Rachel, hiii!!! You know they have protective cremes for blue light specifically, ILIA and BFF makes some, and others too... There are "best of" articles out there on it... I was a back sleeper before having kids...when you're pregnant you need to sleep on your left side and then with all the acid reflux (still working on it with lifestyle) sleeping on the left side helps with digestion and keeps things down. Now I'm trying to get back to being able to sleep on my back. I'm totally with you regarding stressful content - you know me - I need to be off IG more, truly. But, I don't watch or read the scary stuff, and honestly I barely pay have the news on anymore. I even have designated authors that I can read around bed time to calm my brain. Sometimes the books are a little too fluffy and I need to balance it out with other stuff, otherwise the brain will atrophy (another form of aging). Anyway. I do microcosmic orbit breathing where you have your breath and energy start at the bottom of your spine and go up, swirl above your head, and then travel down and around - in for 4 out for 6. I have stopped my heart racing in the middle of the night this way. The 5 Minute Journal, and writing in general truly help me. Making my to do list the night before...just getting all set up. It's like not leaving any dishes in the sink overnight. Writing and to do lists are my mental dishes, they must be done. - Oh and "they" say put on sunscreen down to your tits (literally what Dr. Idriss says). Get it all on down to there. I forwarded you (email) the green powder supplements my kids nutritionist recommends (for adults) in case you want to try it again. As for the things I do...I do love gua sha for my face and a little face yoga (half of which is done in the shower), I do my breast massage daily and I can tell if I ignore my breasts, truly I wasn't moisturizing for the longest time and now that I have my skin is now like "wtf, and thank you", I'm not sure if the face spatula (to decongest the face) is great or not. Tried it twice but it was right before my period, so who the hell knows....maybe that's telling. I always wore SPF in my youth and didn't stop until..... I lived in Hawaii (age 39-42). Its like 5 lbs of crap on your face in a very hot and humid environment, no air conditioning in the house. That said I didn't go outside without it and I wore a sunhat, but inside.... naked skin. I always avoid going out in the sun between 10-2 if possible. My foot is feeling mostly better - I learned the hard way to WEAR SHOES; you should have inside shoes. Especially if you have low arches as it is. Age and weight will contribute to this, but stretch stretch stretch yourself (I can DM you more if wanted). And just because you can fully stretch one day doesn't mean you can do it the next, each day is different. That was a longwinded windup to say, I'm walking again and I find that I really am in better moods when I do it. I can problem solve being in my own head. And when I do TAM, I MUST do Intermediate (at least) because my happy brain is on the other side of the 45 minute mark. Truly. I recognize the bad mood and negative thinking when they happen and pray and move my body to get rid of them..... Ok, enough of me rambling and rambling.... Love to you Rachel! Take care and have a great week! PPPPS Vaginal steaming! I think I told you how it helped me not prolapse after baby #2, but seriously, just good maintenance and I need to do it more often. Literally no idea how or why it works. PPPPSSS Again: Not anti-aging, but a hindsight is 20/20 thing.... Keep notebooks or scrapbooks of moments you want to remember. I have one that I write little notes to the kids about things they did. I wish I had one that I started when the first was born - I wrote him letters initially, now I have the notebook....But do that for life... with pictures if possible....it'll make you happier...which is anti-aging :)

I’m so disappointed in how misled and deceived people have become about the sun. It makes no sense to take a D supplement when the sun is the best source for it, as well as for mood and energy boost and vital light codes to spiritually evolve. I understand not overbaking in the sun but sun is crucial!!

I was happy to see someone knows that the sun has many benefits to our health. I love her videos also, however, I know for a fact that sunscreen causes cancer. The sun is a source of life, without it, everything would die. They've lied to us all for years about the sun's harmful rays causing cancer, but it has been proven that it's the sunscreen causing more damage. I know that too much sun can age us all, but too much of anything can be bad on us. Thanks for commenting about the benefits. I worry too many have been scared or brainwashed into thinking the sun is bad for them. I live in the rainy NW & I enjoy so many health benefits in the summer, compared to the rest of the year. This lady has the best advice in the videos so far. I just hoped someone like you leave a comment, thanks

In addition to sunlight is the best for immunity! We need sunlight direct without blockers without being fully dressed even if it’s 30 minutes early morning sun of course! And I just want to emphasize on just how crucial sunlight is for our mental health and over all well being! I truly believe whole heartedly that one of the reasons Americans are so sick bot( physically and emotionally mentally is bc the hard core propaganda that’s been pushed on us making the sun the boogie man…when it’s the life Source for all life on this planet! But we spend all of out time indoors in artificial lighting in front of computers with phones attached to our hand bombarded with emf & radiation from all of our electronic devices wireless internet microwaves led lights etc etc
There’s a reason they have traumatized us all about the sunlight exposure…it’s the opposite of what they claim…it’s bc a happy healthy thriving population isn’t very profitable…think about all the money that’s made off of just this one extremely dangerous and absurd deception about the sun…
      Supplement industry benefit from it
Doctors and of course big pharma greatly profits from it
      The beauty industry
Sun block toxic chemical filled paste folks lather all over their largest and highly penetrate-able organ our skin
The mental health professionals and most of all big pharma cashes in majorly
The government benefits from it tremendously, a depressed anxious apathetic unmotivated lifeless heavily medicated docile population is an obedient and sheeple like which is great for corrupt politicians to run amok and have 0 consequences fir their criminality! Easier to control! Easier to deceive easier to rob
Look at Covid era and you will see why a sun deprived population is tremendously lucrative and ideal for a rogue government with a Manchurian president at the helm, who can barely walk or speak…
Anyways you get the point there’s a tremendous push to demonize the sun! By the way one of the most repetitive common denominator for cancer is vitamin d definitely! Hmm 🤔 wonder why we are all so deficient on a vitamin that God provides unlimited supplies to all of humanity for free
He gives us the source for this precious critical nutrient for appx 12 ++ hours a day everyday even if cloudy u are still able to get vitamin d

Your video was truly impactful, and the advice you shared was valuable. However, I believe the primary factor that accelerates aging is the constant fear of growing older, as it becomes a predominant focus. Your beauty shines through, and the strenuous effort to maintain a perpetual appearance of a 25-year-old isn't worthwhile. Especially when considering limitations like not being able to drink from a straw or losing facial mobility - it's quite extreme. I hope you recognize your beauty, and rest assured, your family and friends will love you, regardless of your age.
Maintaining a youthful spirit is what truly keeps you looking young. The entire approach seems a bit excessive, and as the saying goes, what you focus on tends to expand.
So, relax, take some time for yourself, and ease up on worrying about whether you look 32 or 34. ❤
