As someone who has eczema for 30 years now, there’s no cure for it. But you can ease it up by cutting off sugar, reduce unhealthy processed foods, practice clean diet, avoiding direct contact with detergent, and lathering yourself with cream. My all-time favorite is Elave Intensive Cream. Hope this helps.
Creams made with natural ingredients, like Mango Butter is key. I have eczema and this helped calm the itch and repair my skin. It’s a lifesaver, and safe for all ages.
My child is 3 1/2 years old and she is now suffering with eczema. LORD knows I was scared because her hands and feet was swollen and red real bad to the point where she couldn't walk. I currently use ceraVe healing ointment as well as other home remedies. I am praying that ceraVe ointment works because it is a little expensive.
Try salcura bioskin that help my kid it erases the eczema but it keep coming back but that’s definitely will help your child in the winter I don’t even remember my child as eczema. I advice to buy and use all products like lotions and bath lotions

Go to a dermatologist. You might need a mometasone. It clears up *HIVES, ECZEMA, WOUNDS, CUTS, DEEP WOUNDS, & IT STOPS THE ITCHING COMPLETELY!*
