Shailene is so right about her topics she says some good stuff about sexual health and more and that’s why she is the most supportive person on this planet and very good actress/activist. I love her work.

Watched the Halsey interview & now this one, subbing🙌💜 Really resonated with what Shailene said about being in constant fight flight mode & with Dr.A repressing but telling herself she's happy. I think this could be the answer for healing my depression & hormonal chronic ailments

ppl NEED to read "The Myth of Normal" by Dr. Gabor Mate... its all about childhood trauma causing chronic illnesses in adulthood and illness manifesting as a result of trauma.. its not always JUST a mental thing, the body will literally get sick of things you dont even realize took a negative toll on u in ur childhood/early years

Had such a similar experience where I realized I had to get out of fight or flight to heal my illness, refused to accept I would be sick forever, didn't rely on doctors, and worked through my trauma. So glad more people are talking about nervous system healing, because it is life changing!! Thank you for sharing this; Shailene is so well spoken.

The length of your advertisements is ridiculous. I was so excited to listen to the interview with AMAZING Shailene but was completely turned off by the extended ads. Waste of my time.
