    This tutorial was made by solidworks software. I want to learn sketch, Revolved boss base, Swept cut, fillet, Linear pattern, and Appearance in Solidworks.

    Nice! I have a question about projecting curves. When you project towards the edge it usually distorts the curve like it did with yours which in yours was fine because you just planned on doing a mirror.
    If I wanted to do like a saw tooth index all the way around the model how would I do so without it distorting around the edge? Just do it in the center and then pattern? I would use the wrap feature but wrap doesn’t let you save it as a sketch it’s either an emboss, Deboss or scribe and that’s usually not perpendicular to origin

    how is your object not solid it the end of sectioning?? It should be hollow i think. pls explain
