The mimic drops anything a mine chest's loot pool can give you, so even if you feed them a lump of clay or any junk artifacts, they'll give you a 6* meal if you're lucky. But i wanna tame one and bring them home, would be nice to have extra inventory space.
I can't wait to see Caldarus's human form. I'm also really looking forward to the 6th Bachelorette. I wonder if we will meet her on the 100th floor in the mines. I'm not quick to romance anyone yet before meeting everyone.
I read that if you are in your first year, you also get the recipe for the shooting star festival decorations, but not if you just got it in the 2nd year (which is the case if you have an advanced save state). Which is really dumb, I think.😢

After watching this video and laughing multiple times at your quirky sense of humour I realised I really wanted to watch more of you playing and reacting to your journey through Fields of Mistria. I was expecting plenty of videos of your play through from the very beginning only to be saddened by the lack of those videos 😢😭💔 I do hope someday you consider doing full playthroughs so we can join you on your journeys! Aw, I'm sorry to disappoint you. I once did "let's play" videos, but they hardly got any views, and I didn't get to enjoy the game leisurely while trying to make the commentary entertaining, so I mostly go in the "tutorial/review" direction now.
@@BuckeyeBunny Can you actually progress in the game now tho? Or is it all aesthetic and minor things. I want the full story to move along. I got this game not realizing it was early access and I loved it so much only to be so upset when I hit that wall and finished the hotel upgrade only to have nothing else to do. 😢 I think I'm going to just wait until the full game is out. Hopefully it will be done in a year or two.
@@WhitneyDahlin They just added dating and a summer event to Fields of Mistria, but they're not finished with the content. If you want the full finished experience, I'd wait. But I couldn't wait so I've played the heck out of it already. 🤣
I've tried the game on the first early access release and yes, I'm absolutely in love with the game. But I haven't went back to the game yet even with this update. I feel like I'd rather wait until the game is really complete (as in all heart events available, and the Town Rank levels are maxed, and more added contents, etc) and I'll replay the game from the beginning to experience the whole magic again :>
@BuckeyeBunny haha thank you XD I'm doing the same thing with coral island too. If i finish the limited content now, it will make me feel somewhat dissatisfied, like getting a cliffhanger to an unfinished story. So yeah, I'd rather wait 🥹👉🏻👈🏻 and i really love the games, so I don't mind waiting 💚
No sprinklers, but with the watering skill perk (can't remember what it's called), I can water 18 crops at a time, and with my stamina leveled up, it's really pretty easy to quickly water every morning it's not raining. There's also a spell to make it rain, but sprinklers would be awesome!
@lydiaktravels Id have to double check but I'm pretty sure I have 2 sets of 9 that it waters at once if I hold down and charge it. But maybe my tired brain is remembering incorrectly. 🤪
@@lydiakvlogs silver watering can should be able to water 18 crops! Maybe check again and hold longer after it switches from 3 to 9 fields? Hope it'll work for you too because it's such a time saver!
Aside from grazing, I feed them their own eggs/milk along with things like water chestnuts and berries or even cooked dishes. It gets especially tiring on rainy days when they can't go outside, which is why I'm consolidating my barns - too many mouths to feed! 🤪

I want to buy this game, but I keep hearing the in-game time is way too fast. Stardew Valley's time each day is already pretty fast (especially after adding new locations & things to do), so I can't imagine how stressed I'd be if an in-game day was even faster. Also, what features & content are still missing keeping the game in early access? It seems pretty complete to me, but I've only watched some videos & don't know what's still remaining to be added. Lastly, I wish more farming sims would add full voice acting like Wylde Flowers. I couldn't believe how much of a game changer that was in bringing the world & story to life.
They're still going to add more romance (expanded heart levels), marriage, children, more festivals/events, expanded mine levels, more skill perks and decor... The added content updates just take me out if it for any game, I put down balders gate for a while cause of it and that game released as completed.

Sadly, I'm not sure that they will. It's one of my only true complaints about the game, as it takes away from the relaxing gameplay.
