I love ZZ, but wow, no energy 😬 vocals are way too low in the mix, and sadly (imo) being delivered with no real "mmphfff! you ain't gonna forget this night" (i.e, on autopilot, robotic) ... I'm sure it was different, hopefully better if you were actually there 🤔 but it sure ain't working as recorded media sadly... but. ZZ Top does *#$k'n Rock! (RIP Dusty) 🤟🎸😎
I love Billy Gibbons and he was my inspiration when I was a young guitarist but this kind of just sucked. I hate to say it and as much as it hurts me, retirement may be the way forward.
Hopefully, this was free for the public? Some good talents and some not so much but everyone on the same notes cords and progressions as Billy. No distinction, no dynamics, just ave at best. 🤦
