If you like basic elementary minor pentatonic blues played over a slow predictable chord progression, then this is for you. I used to love Pink Floyd but in my view DG peaked in 1977 with Animals and has been on a steady downhill path ever since. No development in his playing or song ideas, relying heavily on sound and technology to get past the lack of ideas. Sorry I'll get my coat and close the door behind me 😊

I've never been a person to be star struck by entertainers as an adult. But David Gilmour, I love this man. Every stage of his career as been rich and a gift to us fans. He's the real deal, intelligent, generous, talented, gentlemanly, kind, and a genius guitar player. The world will not be the same without his presence. If only we could clone him, lol THANK YOU, DAVID GILMOUR, YOU ARE A TREASURE!
