Young Izzy lost to old Romero, barely beat old Cannonier in a super close decision, lost to old Blachowicz, and not to mention he lost to Whittaker in the rematch clearly. So Izzy has a losing record in his last 10 fights unofficially

And not only Whittaker clearly outstruck Izzy the last 4 rounds in the rematch, but Rob has a way better legacy cause they have pretty much the same wins but Robert won more dominantly and devastatingly against Gastelum (Izzy squeezed out a decision and almost was knocked out by a welterweight, Rob 50-44 him), Vettori (Izzy has a split decision win against him and a lackluster and boring decision in the rematch, while Rob had a devastating showcase, Cannonier (Jared came out of the fight completely unharmed, while he was dropped by Rob and also with a broken arm due to Whittaker's kicks)...
