- The Buckeyes have been given a second chance and now it's time to seize the moment. Ohio State takes on the defending national champion and #1 ranked Georgia Bulldogs in the Peach Bowl on New Year's Eve. The Buckeyes face a tough test in the physical Bulldogs and their stout defense. If they pass this test, the Buckeyes will be on their way to the national championship!

I'd honestly say the pressure is on Georgia to win this game. Buckeyes are playing with house money, everyone is counting them out already. If Georgia wins, it'll just be what's expected. I'm getting vibes like this will be one of those games where Ohio State defies the expectations much like 2003 Fiesta Bowl vs Miami or the 2015 Sugar Bowl vs Alabama. A team that has nothing to lose can be very dangerous.

Preciate the comment man. I agree that we have the talent to make it a game, but I'm not sure that our coaching is up to the challenge, and CJ is good enough to put up numbers that make us say he's not the reason for the struggle, but when you watch him REFUSE to take free yards on the ground it is very difficult to have complete confidence that we will play at 100% capability. They've shown flashes throughout the season that they can be a natty caliber team, but not for long periods of time....sigh.......Go Bucks!!!

Buckeye fan here. I can’t argue with the UGA fans calling the Buckeyes soft. This certainly isn’t the smash mouth team that had Cardale Jones, Joey Bosa, and Zeke Elliot. However, this Ohio State team is built more like a west coast finesse team. - Tons of speed and a qb who is soft, but can throw with pinpoint accuracy. This game could go either way but in my opinion, the only team in the country that can beat Georgia is Ohio State. I look for Georgia to pound the ball, and I look for Ohio State to throw downfield. Should be a a classic. - The winner of this game easily wins the championship game that follows.
Yeah we looked bad against Michigan, but people forget Georgia got blasted last year by bama in conference championship to then bounce back and win the natty on them by 2 scores….you can bounce back and shake the room OSU, drop your nuts and get it done man tired of all the doubt from one game

Some of y’all need to watch Joel Klatt. It doesn’t matter if Georgia has been the best team the past couple seasons. These guys are all on the same level. You have sure nfl talent on each roster. And two of the best coaching staffs in the nation. Even though I bleed scarlet and gray, im a realist. I love this team, but they’re gonna have to play PERFECT football on offense, defense and special teams. They’re gonna have to play like their hair is on fire. However, all these guesses of the score being like 43-13 and 45-3 in favor of Georgia is super unrealistic. I cannot wait to watch this game. 2 things i have to say. On talent both are equal ... loaded from top to bottom. The better QB is on OSU but CJ Stroud has to win when it really matters. So far in college he wasnt able to do this. Second point is that both lines will decide who wins this game. If Georgia plays like against Mizzou they are in big trouble but Kirby Smart was always a guy who can focus on the big ones. I expect that Georgia will run the ball like Michigan did. If OSU can stop that they will win, if not it will end in a blowout. Good luck to both teams !
