The most epic mistake is Marko saying "F*ck me" and this show was recording for DVD, they did'n cut or edit this part... It's hilarious 🤣🤣🤣 and poor Floor almost falling and keep singing... Goddes!!
Went to a concert in september and Floor forgot the lyrics to Shoemaker. She asked the audience to sing along, and safe to say we didn't know the lyrics either 🤣
I think we can cut Floor some slack for messing up the words of "Planet Hell" as she had only been with the band 12 days at that point and 14 days before this concert, she didn't even know she was going to be singing with Nightwish. However, far more recently, she totally mucked up the lyrics to "Planet Hell" by mixing up the lines. Now that was a funny moment as she stepped back from the mic, yelled a loud "F*CK" then stepped back to the mic with a big smirk. Troy and Emppu seem to have a thing with taking turns mucking up in "Alpenglow". Tuomas has this weird moment on the keys toward the end of GSOE that sounds different at the various concerts. That has me wondering which version is the correct one.
You're right with Floor, no doubt, she even did it right the shows before. But it's still a small mistake she made :) Also, Tuomas varies in some songs, e.g. Harvest, that "mistake" he made here with the keyboard playing in the end, he never made before and after

I was watching Nightwish live at Hellfest 2022 with my friend who is a drummer (not professional). I told him halfway through the first song Noise that it's the drummer from Wintersun and his response "Holy shit no wonder that intro was fucking sick. Kai was my idol when I first started drumming and he is still my favorite drummer to this day. I always wondered what happened to him" Kai is indeed not a human lol You also missed the perfect opportunity to show the time when Troy forgot to sing his part in "I want my tears back" during the live virtual world concert. I laugh every time I see it.. lmao
I´m glad im not part of this band or this video would have been long 😊 With regards to the level of difficulty their songs are to play and not to mention the vocals, they impress me massively.
I remember back in the day, Anette had a streak of forgetting the lyrics to Last Ride of the Day and improvised funny words. Also remember a video where Marco stops singing during The Islander and Anette finishes the verse for him. Pretty cute moments from that era.
I did the opening of one of their shows with my band (Anette was the vocalist at the time) you have no idea how many vodka bottles they drink before the show to start lol. It's insane how they are still able to play after that. 🤣😂🤣

Missing is Floor's muff of "the wAaAkeful day" during "Ghost Love Score" at Buenos Aires 2012. Took her a cringeful moment to find that note. (Of course she went on to slay the rest of it - it's right up there with the Wacken performance IMO.) And there's Floor going on stage at Wacken with her costume _not quite_ zipped up. Apparently the zipper stuck, her cue was coming up, so - Floor being Floor - she just said 'screw it' and went on with the show.
Just proof they are actually performing live and not recorded. Even Toumas has said in interviews that he would rather have fun and make mistakes, then have everything perfect.
Floor has had several run ins with her balance :P She's fallen before but there are several clips of her just barely catching herself. Check out the live Shoemaker from Club Teatria, Oulu, she almost wipes out right at the end.

I don't believe I've listened to a band this much in my life, and I've only known Nightwish almost 3 years. Coincidentally, the band that was replaced by Nightwish as my all time favorite, "Def Leppard", also made a mistake on a small show for a more close and intimate setting, the show was called VH1 Storytellers and singer Joe Elliott mixed up the first line of lyrics on the song Rock Of Ages. He obviously didn't play it off by holding back laughter as he covered his mouth. He also stated that in over 25 years of singing that song he's never forgotten a lyric especially in a large venue (stadium/arena) but messes up in front of a very close and small crowd. It was quite a funny moment when all was said and done. Joe isn't one to take something like that too serious given that he's quite the comedian. Although the band wanted to be professional and just keep the song going without skipping a beat, Joe deemed it necessary to start over. 😊❤️🤘🤘
