It is so easy to add items to impress but to resist that action yet impressed is even tougher. Lots of disciple and sacrifice yet rewarding, this house manages to do it.
So well presented Juliana. I like the minimalist style. I think separating toilets from bathrooms is the only change I would make. A very peaceful home and I loved the sliding wooden doors that bring in the lovely Japanese touch.
one wall, the one next to main entrance looks odd when all other walls are all dressed up, especially it has that indent, typical of apartment here. Having some texture or large art pieces will make it more complete although the whole colour scheme still look kind of boring. It isn’t practical to have laundry sink built in. For aesthetic and practical reason, it is better to retain the service yard and have a big laundry sink for washing stuff that shouldn’t be washed at the kitchen sink. I realised not many home here have that. I asked around and were told they they did their washing in the toilet which explains why the toilet in many homes look kind of dirty after just a couple of years.
Nicely designed, lots of good ideas ... but when I saw shower & toilet with no partition I "saw wet floor and toilet seat" :) haha, just my first reaction :)
genuine question: are we not concerned about the shower in the common bathroom? doesn't it make the toilet and all of the floor wet when taking a shower?
One of my favourite on Stacked Homes -- "Japanese minimalism with Scandi warmth". The only 2 things I can do without is the vanity table (I much prefer to do my minimal makeup in the bathroom) and TV console (we have not watched tv shows for over a decade).
so many questions. what type of curtain style is that? what is behind the front closet would love to see the organization in the interior. Is that a real olive tree. Open the bedroom wardrobe so we can get ideas for organizing please
living room dining area and the kitchen are just about perfect. homeoffice room feels too white and a bit of an aftertought. bathrooms look really good also.
I will suggest to add rocking chair for relaxing and sea shell hanging for earthquake warning. It will make noise during earthquake when you are sleeping. Very nice alarm. Jay bharat.
Great for a short term rental unit to a single or a business couple Not practical for people who work, have kids and entertain. A little bit of mess will make it look horrible. e.g.Where do you hang your shirts & clothing to dry? When you cook, where do your guests stand in that narrow kitchen? Do they all leave you there alone?
Problem is not when you are making luxurious home ,problem is when we are not using it,cost of maintenance is too much higher. You make wall mounted Murphy bed, make folding dining table and chairs inserting in each other. Cover furniture with clothing and sofa cover. Try home design with lesser cleaning time. Give ropes for hanging clothing. Jay bharat.
Too empty for me and needs more art 😅 But I do understand if people prefer much more relaxed minimalistic lifestyle like this, especially after a long day at work

Love the bedroom!! Compact and has everything.
The Kitchen without hanging elements is my dream.
Thank you 😊
What a dream interior! Would probably add more green plants and books to fill the shelves, but nonetheless a nicely done japandi interior. Love it!
Great idea!
It's just lovely. It's my dream house. Love everything.

I don't want to live in a crazy luxury home. This, this is all I want.
The home is just right 😊
I cant believe it is only 113sqm. It is so spacious. Amazing use of space.
They made every inch count! Amazing use of space indeed.
big statement , serene and just beautiful
Big statement, serene, and beautiful-perfectly summed up! 💯
Very calming home! Love it!
It has such a peaceful vibe, perfect for unwinding.

Thanks for sharing this house! It is beautiful! Might it be possible to ask for the laminate and vinyl that was used throughout the house?

Nice review Juliana Yeow for this luxurious apartment your voice is so lovely and sweet 👌👌👌👏👏👏🔥🔥
Thank you so much 😀
@@StackedHomes you're welcome 🥰
What kind of wood is used in the apartment? The sliding wooden doors are stunning, is it the same wood as the closets?
Can you shere the color palette that was used in the living room?
Very clean lines. Nice!
They are!
Ok. I like it Picasso.
Great reference 😊
4:30 anyone have a link to that bed or similar?
Wow interesting! Could you please provide information on systems and types assoicated with sliding doors? I interest with this !
The kitchen chair looks so good, can you share where can buy it? or what brand it is?
Less is more. Beautiful home!

Beautiful but I’m curious the current conditional now and after moved in
Would be interesting to see how it’s settled in over time! 😊
genuine question: are we not concerned about the shower in the common bathroom? doesn't it make the toilet and all of the floor wet when taking a shower?
May I know what the brand of the ceiling fan?
Totally love the concept and design! Btw would you mind to share where do you get the dining set from? It looks simple and nice!

My type of home simple and beautiful
Simple yet beautiful, just the way it should be!

Absolutely, it's gorgeous! 😊
Υπεροχο απλο και μοναδικο μου αρεσει παρα πολυ Συγχαρητηρια
What desks are being used in the office? 😯
Interesting video shot style. Any reason why we’re mixing it up?😬 Feels slightly incomplete without “Hey its Juliana from stacked” haha
Thanks for sharing 😊
looks amazing
Just what I would like
Same here, it's perfect!
Lovely, but don't talk soo fast !!
Got it, thanks for the feedback. 😊
Très réussi, élégant, chaleureux et reposant la fois !
how did you hide the cables connecting to the TV?
Pl share the name of the wood use in the house. It will be of great help.
Where did they bought their L-shape sofa from?
This is sooo good.
Yes it is!
Amazing ….I’m going to keep this as my reference future house …
Definitely an inspiration worthy home 💯
so many questions. what type of curtain style is that? what is behind the front closet would love to see the organization in the interior. Is that a real olive tree. Open the bedroom wardrobe so we can get ideas for organizing please
What is the dimension of living and dining together?❤
Love this so much it’s very pretty
It truly is lovely! The aesthetics are very appealing and well thought out. 😊
Love this beautiful beige tone 💖
Madam The half wall backsplash is just plain wall or made up of stone too?
waww!! very nice and modern interior, where is this?
Hello! Love the concept! Do you have details on where the owners bought the sofa? 🤣
Restraint. nice style
Indeed!
È il mio ideale con qualche pianta !
white walls...bright wood...nice...
Simple and clean 💯
What is this flooring?..what's its called??
living room dining area and the kitchen are just about perfect. homeoffice room feels too white and a bit of an aftertought. bathrooms look really good also.
Absolutely! Each space has its own charm and character.
May I know what's the height of the ceiling ?
Love the design and great work by ID. What was the approximate renovation cost?
Hello! Sorry but the homeowner doesn't wish to disclose this.
i like seeing this house. I'd hate living in it
The best part of a traditional Japanese home is the bath yet this house has removed that. 😢
Thank you for watching!
Pretty 😊 !!
by the way, what brand is this 65-inch TV ?
Samsung
beautiful
Many many thanks
Love it
Glad you do 🥰
what is with the household shelter? very peculiar.. shelter from whom?

Great suggestions! 😊
what are the dimensions of the house
Love
Would love to find out who the ID is
Hello! ID is Ascend Design 😊
Looks clean and nice, but feels uninhabited at all. Or maybe they removed the personal items for the purpose of showing the video....
It is 113m2. Most ppl in Brazil live in houses smaller than that.
It's true-113m² is spacious by many standards, especially in cities where homes are often smaller. 😊
love
Glad you enjoyed it! 😊
Just bear in mind the biggest enemies for minimalism are - kids!
Haha, very true! Kids can definitely put minimalism to the test 😆
loved everything except for the open shower stall
Fair point! Open shower stalls aren't for everyone. 😊

为什么当地的房产都喜欢分体式空调,这种大的公寓中央空调不是更好吗
I really love it, but I can feel it like a home, it looks like a beautiful hospital… it lacks of character
It’s stunning, but I get what you mean-it's not for everyone :)
Loooove!!🤎
Totally!

True, practical designs can make a huge difference in daily life. A home should be beautiful, but also functional and easy to maintain. 😊
I've seen this layout on this channel before.
it seems to me too.
Maybe it's because they would have had a similar interior designer?
Feels like Ibis hotel.
Everyday cozy staycation feel!
Hi mis
This is so beautiful the minimalism, but never do this for your home. It's only for "show up"
Appreciate the honesty! Thanks for sharing your perspective!
❤❤😊😊
♥️♥️
Its too warm.
Cozy is the best way to go 😊
Too empty for me and needs more art 😅 But I do understand if people prefer much more relaxed minimalistic lifestyle like this, especially after a long day at work
Thank you for sharing 😊
Less maintenance also. Iam a mother with 3 kids;
Is perfect for the cleaning
