What a great review. I can see how it isn't your style - I think it was the ruffled sleeve detail that did it in. It just makes it look young, which is why I think you don't like it. But if you took those off, just extended the hem and eliminated the bottom ruffle, I bet you'd love it. Especially with a great belt. That said, the pumpkin color here is perfect for fall and really suits you. And I think despite it's style departure from your personal style, it's still a really cute, great dress. BTW I loved this format! Well done you!

This is another idea I hadn’t considered - removing the last tier would definitely also make it look more “grown” to me. Thank you! 😊
