@Nitta, yes you can get a lot more house and land in GA for that price , even in the RDU triangle area. Prices might have gone up a bit, but not that high.

Offer feed back to developer the heart of the home needs to be beefed up...the kitchen.👍 More sq. Footage in the kitchen little puney.... wall of appliances is not enough. Need three to four sides to make kitchen complete...with full bar and seperate sink at window & option to close off kitchen from soft surfaces in living room.🧐☺️

Homes are too close together for the cost.
That isn’t an expensive neighborhood, that is the lot size you get at this price point. And that isn’t considered that close.
How is the school district in this area and only new construction homes are going for this price ?

I like this house, but it’s seems to be close to Charlotte airport and NOISE will be the biggest con factor.

This house was around that mid 2,000 sq ft. It’s located in Mount Holly, so you could definitely look into the schools there. Are you looking to move soon? If so let me know because I believe this community may be selling out really quickly. But I could help you with other communities.

Why are these homes so expensive this same size home in atlanta would be around 150k-200k. I been looking and can't find any new home builds in nice areas around 100k+ they all in high 200's
