Lennar tends to have dim homes, but the house is quite spacious. I love the separate toilets very thoughtful!! And Vick you look beautiful in that blazer!

I think this currently as shown is about mid $400,000 now...Charlotte has been ranked top 3 fastest cities in the country. Prices will continue to go up in my opinion.
The house doesn't have much natural light nor built in light. But I guess you sacrifice that for the price. Also the pantry is smaller than my linen closet haha.
After watching several of your videos, I have determined you talk too much. Many times you slip and it appears you do not know what your talking about. Also your opinion of what you would do with the home simply is not needed. Your not the one paying over a half million. Why watch?...your camera man is top notch.
