Hi Abassin, this is such an amazing animation. I am teaching a course on voice-overs and would like to include this animation in my online course. Would I be able to do so? I will acknowledge both yourself and Miss Ewa Kazanecka as the creators

With all due respect to this beautifully generated animation, this model should not be used as a tool to demonstrate proper diaphragmatic breathing - it is closer to representing CLAVICULAR breathing. Although there may be INCIDENTAL lifting of the ribcage upon inhalation/inspiration, the lifting of the ribcage in this animation is physiologically and functionally incorrect/misleading as a model for DIAPHRAGMATIC breathing, and it could negatively impact breathing and voice production for the person trying to implement it as 'diaphragmatic'. Upon optimal inspiration/inhalation, the ribs should move LATERALLY (sideways) from the costovertebral joints, thus stimulating proper diaphragmatic descent. This animation can be appreciated for it's beauty and technological composition, however without lateral movement of the ribs from the spine, this is not a proper teaching tool for diaphragmatic breathing.

Nice animation. But I tend to agree with Lisa. And the spine seems to stay quite stiff, rather than bending very subtly into and out of lordosis. Also, it ignores what the lumbar spine might be doing on the inhalation and exhalation...

Hello! I'm working on a video about voice production for my channel, and I'd like to include part of your video as a support take. I'd include the corresponding ackowledgement information. May I? Would you require any written permission request from me? Thanks in advance!

Hi Felix. Sorry for the late reply. Yes you can include part of our video in your work and adding the corresponding acknowledgement information should be enough. Best regards!

it is werid...spine and shoudler blades moving so much while ribs stay almost static...it seems like oposite of breathing, where lungs are squeezed from bottom and use spine as static wall and push ribs foward and upwards and to sides...thoracic parts can move only few degree while ribs can move much more...in order to get full lungs capacity it makes no sence use spine as motion part and ribs as static part....
