Michael is truly a hero. On one hand it’s heartbreaking to see such a vibrant, talented person slowly be taken over by a disease like Parkinson’s. But on the other, he has brought so much awareness to it and helped so many people with his contributions and organization. I play guitar myself. When you ask people why they wanted to play the guitar, you usually hear that they heard Jimi Hendrix, Metallica, Slash, Eddie Van Halen, etc. I can honestly say that watching Michael J. Fox play Johnny B. Goode in Back to the Future is what made me want to pick up a guitar.

At the stupidest of times, some gems lying there in the rubble for all to see. I have no idea how much input MJF had through his guitar there through the song, I hope some significant amount, but it wasn´t 100% as at the last point of the sojourn when he was pushed out he made a move on his guitar and no sound was transmitted.
