  • Ambadechi chutney or Gongura chutney is a famous chutney prepared mostly in the Hyderabad region of South India. It is a bit sour in taste and it goes very well with regular meals. Pair the chutney with some white rice and
    you have a delicious meal ready. It goes well as a condiment in a South Indian Thali. It is basically prepared with Gongura or Sorrel leaves
    by cooking it in oil and then grind the mix with some spices. The Spice mix consists of Fenugreek seeds, Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, some dry red chillies, coriander seeds and salt to taste. It is then followed by a simple tadka of Garlic cloves and mustard seeds. Please watch the video to see the recipe in detail. Also let us know in comments what do you think of this recipe.     Ingredients :-

    Ambadi bhaji ------------------ 2 to 3 bunch
    Dhaniya (Coriander seeds) ----- 1 Tsp
    Jeera (Cumin Seeds) ----------- 1 tsp
    Methi Dana (Fenugreek seeds) -- 1/2 tsp
    Rai (Mustard Seeds) ----------- 1 tsp
    Udad dal ---------------------- 1 tsp
    Dry Red chillies -------------- 10 to 15 nos
    Oil for frying
    Salt as per taste
