¡Gracias! Es una camera fenominal. La edición es muy importante por el foto final. El camera captura el momento, pero la edición captura el sentimiento. Mira videos para aprender, y practicar mucho.
Do you already have any other lenses? If this would be your only lens, I would definitely get the 18-50mm for the versatility. I like primes and if you have your heart set on a 23mm, I would also want to have something in the 50mm range (or 56mm 1.4) to give me options when shooting. I started out with a A6000 with the Samyang 24mm f2.8 and the Sony 50mm f1.8. Both lenses aren’t very expensive and got me great photos. Learning on primes is also great to get better at composition. I would go insane though if I only had one option in lenses. The two recommended methods when starting out is start with a couple primes (wider angle and a portrait lens) to learn composition and then get a high quality zoom later when you find the need for it (ex: not wanting to annoy the people you are traveling with by making them constantly wait for you while you change lenses). Or start with a zoom, see what focal lengths you find yourself using more often and then buy those focal lengths as primes since they match your style. I’ve also heard great things about the tamron 17-70mm. It’s just a little bigger than my liking since most of what I do at the moment is travel photography. But I really like the background compression you get with the higher focal lengths and the stabilization would be great for video. Did any of this help? Let me know if you have more questions and what you end up deciding.
Thank you! I need to learn the best way to make that kind of video (screen recording, format, flow, etc.). Are there photos in particular that you would want me to do it for? I'm also thinking about making a "5 suggestions for beginner photographers" video. So more content beside POV to come. Hopefully sooner rather than later. Be sure to subscribe so you don't miss it!
I'll use some presets that I've created in lightroom, or edit one photo and sync the base edit, as a starting point so I'm not starting from scratch every time. But maybe 1/3 of the photos I'm editing without a preset.
Hey thanks! This is my first negative comment. Makes me feel like a real RUclipsr. Hope you enjoyed the video otherwise. In this video, It was either really bright out or I was shooting into the sun so I was often exposing for the highlights so the sky wouldn’t be blown out. That’s why the rest is underexposed. I can bring back shadows in editing. I can’t fix a blown out sky. And you’re right. I was shooting in aperture priority and forgot to update my aperture a few times, but it happened. I still liked the photos and didn’t want to hide the mistake.
@@Viewpoint_Variable my favorite camera is the SonyA 6400 and I am think of buy the Sigma lens that you are using have you had any trouble with? your video I liked the Sigma 56mm F/1.4 is a great portrait lens don’t know if you own it. I took my first photograph in 1960 and it’s always a learning experience
I love the 18-50mm. Haven’t had any issues with it and certainly recommend it for travel photography. I actually just sold some of my old lenses to buy the 56mm 1.4! Can’t wait to get it and try it out. I just started photography a year and a half ago. It’s been a very fun journey that’s changed how I observe the world for the better.
Great work! Really like the before/after edit effect. Keeping doing these videos bro!
Thanks man! Really appreciate the feedback and encouragement.
Me compré una a6700 apenas estoy aprendiendo a usarla en manual.

Would you pick the 18-50mm or the 23mm 1.4? If you had to choose one lens for the a6700

Your photos are underexposed and have you ever heard of depth of field your shooting at 2.8 in a shot that is a landscape
