First round pop is because the suppressor has oxygen in it that is helping the powder ignite, burning more and causing a louder first shot. After all the oxygen is burned off from the first shot, it doesn't burn as much powder which in return makes it quieter. Watched some show where a guy made an acrylic suppressor and demonstrated this.
Why didn't you remove the baffles and show the worm holes you described? You didn't even show an individual baffle so folks woild know what they really look like.
