My only objection against the current AG, that it allows only allocate a single airplane unit. As long as a sq. contains many times only strike or only fighter or maybe SEAD this is close to useless. Against a well defended enemy which has SAMs your AG planes are useless and in other case why would you use the SEAD planes if you are perform only CAP...?
If you use SEAD planes when you know they have AA denial, you are more likely to take part in battle and will stop the AA for that turn meaning you can then bring in the other planes for battles. Some planes can avoid certain AA reliably like F15E or Harrier G6 depending on what's firing. The only option for combined arms is also combined arms or playing against the AI's predictability.
@@redcoat6184 Think with wider POV. In a human vs human campaign if you know that opponent air component have only ASF and you do not use AG planes nothing will happen. But in most of cases it is simply impossible to use AG planes with SEAD escort.
To be fair, the Soviet strategy was basically to take Europe in like a week, and the NATO strategy was basically to just slow the Soviets down enough for heavier units to come in.
I just bought Warno so this is great! I love how the Army General mode is like playing a tabletop modern wargame.
Yeah i love the strategic element alot
Been playing warno since the beginning of early access but I never played army general before, so this is very helpful 😅
Most welcome dude

Yeah good point dude

@@molnibalage83 Fair enough, I forgot that you can play the campaigns against another player. What is ASF?
Thank u very much
Thankyou dude
Do these General mode games really only get 12 turns and that's it?
This seems super limited...
Welll it seems very little but everything is mechanised and it's to simulate combat overabundance 1 day like a flash conflict short but brutal

Units can attack more per turn (up to 3 times) and the longer campaigns have 21 turns.
First💪💪
Niceeeeeeeeeeee
