How to paint a realistic peacock feather with oil paints + “free” traceable

  • In this video I am walking you through each step to be able to paint a realistic peacock feather with oil paints. To achieve the depth of colors and values I have used the glazing and layering method which essentially would take more than one day as the oils would need time to dry in between layers. But if you are working with acrylic paints it can all be done in just a single sitting.
