I LOVE Kalanchoes!! Some people hate them cuz how quickly they multiply like weeds, but I think they are all so cool and beautiful looking! Thank you for sharing :)
I’ve been searching since my partner gave me one without label in feb 2018 .. finally desert surprise haha thank you girl!!!! It’s growing so beautifully 💕 glad I found you -I will be following!!
I love your love for your plants. I have great love for mine as well. Your kalanchoes are so beautiful. I have no fuzzy kalanchoes but now I must add some to my plant family. Thank you for sharing.
I've been bitten by the kalanchoe-bug. I recently came home with a humilis, an eriophylla and a variegated fedtschenkoi. I am still so awestruck by how diverse this family of plants is. Thanks for sharing your lovely collection. It gave my family about 20 mins of reprieve from me yapping on about my newest obsession lol.
LOLOLOL!! Thank you! Oooh I need a K. eriophylla! And yes, I love humilis so much! Join our group on FB if you need more like-minded plant friends ;) facebook.com/groups/sucsforyou/
I once bought a few kalanchoes unknowingly that hitched a ride in a cactus pot. I cared for them deeply and gave them their very own clay pot (a sign of respect in my collection). Then one fateful day they fell into the kitchen sink full of soapy water and grandma decided to through them away. That is why you’ll always see my sink window open, waiting on the off chance that a baby is blowing through the wind and lands in one of my pots.
I'm obsessed as well! Love your collection wow great pics they are so cute! Mother of millions I have one that I've been nursing and currently have over 10 potted and the one planted in the ground grew about 4 feet and is currently blooming beautiful Little bell flowers with the most gorgeous colors. Ill have to post a video. Thanks for sharing yours💚
Hi Andrea, did you drill a hole in the wood box you made? I have a couple of wood boxes that I want to plant succulent in and I am wondering if it will be alright to plant them in there.
Sorry for the late reply but no I didn't. The box wasn't very well crafted and the water ran through pretty well. But I do recommend you drill them in your boxes :)
Beautiful collection of kalanchoe . I have only two variety now I am planning to have more of this . As of this time of quarantine because of covid 19 shops are also closed . Hope our quarantine time will soon be over . Thank you for sharing . God bless us all !!!
Dang, I just found out that several of my succulents are Kalanchoes, I didn't know, they were no-names at the nursery. I have one in bloom and the flowers are beautiful, they look like bells. A super collection that you have!
So I just got a kalanchoe elephant ear fang.. For $5 it's a 15 gallon pot. The house I went to had like 7ft tree..mine looks like a tree they chopped and now grew back..cant wait for it to get big
I have a humilis that does not stack. It actually has a leggy stem that is hanging on the side of the planter, similar to your plant at 9:52. This leggy stem just grew this year after having this plant for about 6 months. Am I doing something wrong?
It probably just needs more time to grow - you should see new leaves form at the center. You could always top it and see if that has any effect on new growth
Sorry I just saw your comment! I try to let them live as long as possible- eventually the stalks dry and die. It's their last hurrah 😅 You can just cut them off too but the main plant will still die (but they live for several years!)
You and I are very similar! I love certain varieties of weeds too and I get in trouble with my husband when am supposed to be weeding and instead I end up potting up the weeds because I think they're so cute!
Hello I’m from College Station Texas. I just purchased my first elephant ear Kalancho my question is how do you over winterize them because I have no idea I would appreciate your help. Thank you.
It will need protection from the cold - it should be okay down to 45-50F but only if you keep the soil dry. Watch this video for more info and say hi to your new Kalanchoe for me! ruclips.net/video/5LAZtspdWSs/видео.html
Specially that donkey ear I have never seen something like that Until I saw it in one of your videos I fell in love with it well that would be one I would really love
At 3:45 is that an aloe vera!? 😱 It’s huge! Woooooow. 😍 Mine are such tiny babies right now, and I’ve only seen one other aloe plant that big before! Awesome 🤓
Yes! I was surprised they took to the ground! Winter is going to be harder to find sucs but you can sign up w/ Mountain Crest to be notified when they're in stock - mountaincrestgardens.com/?aff=5
Another Place in Time in the Heights is a good place to check out - they don't carry a ton of succulents but some of the weirdest sucs I have came from there! You could call ahead and ask - they're very nice. And I've ordered some really cool Kalanchoes from www.bobsmoleys.com/h-l.html - they're in Florida so similar climate. Old school website but super selection.
Omg Girl! Came to learn how to divide pups and I am going to watch everything. Beautiful plants 💚 gawd I hope I don't get addicted to succulents. Here in Canada we could never grow outside so I am going to experience through you .. Thanks

It travelled with me back and forth from Los Angeles to Napa twice because I’m in the process of moving and I could not leave it for too long. I love the baby pink butterfly. You’re lucky to have it actually grow. It’s too bad you the mother plant. So far, I haven’t had any luck propagating mine yet.
I like your soil and it looks like your plants are very happy :) Can I ask what do you like using? It would help me out tremendously. Peace, Love and Succulents :)

What is the name of the Kalanchoe with the the thick green leaves without scallops? Thank you all
Kalanchoe humilis is so beautiful. Cute panda leaves.

They're not as picky about water as a lot of sucs but fast draining soil and letting the soil dry between waterings as usual :)
Nice collection. I'd love to see how you propogate the mother of thousands plants. Thank you for the video.
Thanks Jade! And great suggestion ;)
I like the rombopulosa one but such a very slow grower. Mine has not grown that much at all for 2 yrs now. any tips?
I agree - definitely not as fast as other Kalanchoes! Just be patient and give it some fertilizer when it's in its growing season.
I love kalanchoe but all of mine are indoors. I live in the northeast. Any tips for indoor growing?
