    If some one is Undrmethylated and has OCD can he or she can use methyfolate, if not, how we can get Methyl B vitamins without methyl folate?

    What a wonderful Dr . Also high doses of niacine is a miracle for anxiety and depression. Wish I had known this 15 years ago. My son started getting anxiety at 14 I quickly got him on 1500 mg of niacine it was gone in a few hours . Nothing short of a miracle..WHY OH WHY IS THIS NOT KNOWN . 😟

    If I come off of Seroquel 250 mg slowly and taper correctly by doing 10% a month. Will this possibly help me with not getting akasthisia or tardive dyskinesia. I'm so scared I'm already 99% bedridden with a neck issue.

      Pls follow Dr Abram Hoffer who suggests Manganese for TD

    If you're looking to add the foods high in lithium to your diet to improve your lithium levels, the authors of the review in Biological Trace Element Research note that cereals, potatoes, tomatoes, cabbage and some mineral waters are the best sources of the metal.

    When a doctor recommends "healthy diet," please ask "specifically, which foods do you recommend?" Do doctors recommend Whole Food Plant Based, Keto, Paleo, Standard American Diet and WHY?

    Those who eat Whole Foods (no processed junk) put their bodies at optimum for fighting any illness and disease. Potatoes are great, french fries are not! Those with mental issues can benefit immensely when junk/processed food is eliminated. I firmly believe eating clean helps us fight these horrible withdrawal symptoms.

    Can you suggest someone that practices Functional Psychiatry in Southeast Georgia? We are in severe need for more knowledgeable physicians that can address root causes, instead of just masking the problems on mental illness.
