I have tested severe pancreatitis after suffering for years using ice packs to treat the chronic pain. If there is medication for this to have a life I am willing to take it. I use the ice packs 24/7. This is a life controlling pain and this gave me hope.
Good day! I am from the Philippines and I have chronic pancreatitis and was diagnosed last January this year. By now I am already suffering from insomnia, also my blood sugar had increased. How I wish to be healed but I don't know if I am given the proper care and proper medication as well. I pray that you could connect with me in overcoming this issue I am undergoing through at the moment. I am widow and alone in the house, and my only outlet is to watch vedios and webinars here on youtube.

Is this speaker saying that if we live out of state we can get a telehealth consultation I’m confused I live in Oklahoma. My G.I. doctor is not very responsive. I just got diagnosed with EPI and I have diabetes too so far not a great deal of pain so I would like to get on top of this quickly, of course.
If you're managing EPI and diabetes, it’s important to see a pancreas specialist or experienced gastroenterologist. Since Johns Hopkins has telehealth limits for out-of-state patients, we recommend finding a specialist in your state. Our Diagnosis Toolkit can help guide conversations with your doctor: mission-cure.org/pancreatitis-diagnosis-toolkit/ Wishing you the best! 💙
Yes, pancreatitis pain can radiate from your abdomen to your back or chest; however, other conditions can cause chest pain after eating too. We would suggest talking to your primary care doctor more about this.
