4. Stop watching, listening, reading, and talking with peers who have lustful thoughts.

This video contains good advice about controlling lustful thoughts I'm an old man, and my physical sex life is over. The libido is now all in my mind and vivid imagination. I find it very hard to control my erotic fantasies. The solution is to think of something else, such as thinking of pleasant memories rather than resisting lustful thoughts. I am now meditating twice a day to fortify my mind. I use hemi-sync meditation while listening to binaural sounds, which synchronise the brainwaves of the right and left hemispheres. This will eventually reduce the endless mind chatter and lead to inner peace. This meditation works for me, and I have inner psychic experiences. My aim and purpose is to rise to a higher level of consciousness now and before I die. (I advise young men to stay away from pornography. It's impossible to control lust if you watch pornography. It's an addiction.)
