Hi from what I was taught, there is no need for heating due to the location along the side of the fuselage making it not in the path of ice build-up, also the skin temperature is enough to prevent any ice build-up both in the air and on the ground and on the ground if ice snow was present the aircraft fuselage should have been decided before the flight. I can only comment on Airbus and Boeing.

dumb question but how the hell you remove that screw that is in an awkward angle on the pitot ? Most of the people around I asked and even me still managed to screw up the screw. what is the proper tool ? ring rachet with a bit holder ? the flexible bit ?

I remember we used a wooden hammer handle to wedge a bit holder in there then use it as a pry bar. Maybe Boeing have a unique tool ($$$) for this I am not sure 😂
