Highly recommend the savage gear squad rod... I lost the eyes off two manic rods in 2 weeks fishing reddies and the second one I know I didn't hit anything so it's a flaw on the cheaper rod. But the reel has been flawless matched with the squad rod it sold me on savage gear

I've got the same combo at home, snapped the tip off when I was taking it out of the spare room and it hit the ceiling fan 😂
