1:02:18 how is it 13, cuz while giving examples you wrote 7 as characteristic 1 so here before decimals there are 2 digits so it should be 2-1= 1 then why you wrote 14?
log 72.3 has characteristic 1 (digits-1). in q13 log(4^10+6^10) has characteristic 13.so digits will be (13+1).before decimals is characteristic not digits.
When she was explaining the theory part she derived characteristic value (i.e., number before dot in the right hand side value) from Log of something(left hand side) so it was -1 but in the problem it is vice versa... she is finding Number of digits in Left hand side from right hand side log value so +1
Dear Rounak, No doubt Sir is one of the best teachers but he is not available any more. The series was lying incomplete and a lot of students needed help with it. So, I took it on myself to complete it. The QA and LR work at CareerRide is done under my guidance so you can expect the same quality in all our lectures. I do understand that it takes time for the students to get accustomed to a new teacher but be assured, the quality is not compromised in any way. All the best! Kshipra Singh Co-Founder, CareerRide.

But bro why (13+1)??.I think it should be (13-1)=12
