Is that okuma makaira size 10K using aluminium knob? As i known for 10k size is using rubber knob

Awesome, but why on earth would you need to help the drag by putting a hand on the spool? don't these have a massive drag pressure?, possibly just habit from using weaker drags?

Im choosing between two reels, OKUMA AZORES 14000 ZXP and DAIWA BG 8000 , what is the best for jigging (Big game & live bait)

Well I'm jealous but I'm a proud owner of a makaira 8 slow pitch jigging baby makaira 8 can schools that spinner no problem
