This is awesome! It looks like the game crashes when it tries to find assets that don't exist (Shao Kahn's segmented body parts, etc). I am surprised it doesn't crash during fatalities where the opponent ducks briefly (Sektor's crush, jax's stomp, etc) since Kahn doesn't have a ducking animation. It was also really surprising that it didn't crash during the fatalities where the opponent gets "inflated" (Kitana's kiss, kabal's pump, etc) because obviously those assets don't exist either for Kahn. Very cool video!

used cheats to change shao kahn into scorpion so it could perform fatalities
No one is safe when Shang Tsung keeps turning into different characters and crashing the damn game

Rain and Noob have no Fatalities. They get some in Mortal Kombat Trilogy, which is neither on the Super Nintendo or the Mega Drive.
