    I had first plme breakout at the age of 35, was diagnosed by dermatologists through biopsy and light eruption tests. Suffered with breakouts on my whole body for 20yrs all year long dependent on uva.
    When l found Shirudo 5 yrs ago it changed my life. I apply Shirudo and any sunblock and l am ready for the uva's. Have not had breakout in 5 yrs.
    My heart goes out to Eloise for her dedication to helping the PLME population.

    I too have been a PMLE sufferer for over 30 years. I love the sun and Shirudo has really helped me. Hoping you are working on a sunscreen with AGR+E in it. That would make everything so much easier for all of us sufferers.

    Shirudo is a miracle worker in my eyes! I’ve suffered from PMLE for 35 years and it became progressively worse each year. I do not go in the sun without my bottle at my side. If I do forget my lotion, I get a PMLE rash within 2 days. I’ve used the nighttime lotion on my PMLE rash and it was literally GONE the next day! AMAZING products! I can’t thank you enough!

    My PMLE didn't start until 2012 but was completely miserable every summer at the beach. The itching was insane! I found Shirdo about 4 years ago and it has completely transformed my vacations. That combined with 50 sunscreen keeps me from breaking out at all. It truly is an amazing product! I would love to see the prices reduced but I definitely don't go to the beach without it

    I have PMLE and bought the AGR+E cream. I finally got to test it on my 16 night trip to Hawaii in May 2019. Wow, I am amazed and so glad I bought it. No rash! Well actually, two tiny spots on my chest but nothing like I usually get where it covers my entire legs, arms & chest. I have suffered from PMLE for years and have always had to be careful on holidays to avoid the sun or put up with an embarrassingly itchy rash which usually resulted in many tears. I am so pleased I came across the cream. Thank you so much Eloise! I will definitely be buying more; so worth it and highly recommend it to all PMLE sufferers to at least give it a try.

    I am from pa so I usually only get breakouts on my chest, face and arms. We went to Florida in may and I forgot my sunblock at home. Needless to say I was covered head to toe in itchy red bumps and blotches. When we got home I had to be put on oral steroids to get the rash to calm down. It was horrible!! Now I don't leave my house without my shirudo. It really is a life saver!!

      oh UV index in April in West Palm was around 10, probably similar in May. I have no trouble imagining the rash you had. Don't forget sunblock and Shirudo! Thanks for the kind words.

    I have PMLE on my chest and Shirudo helps for everyday use. I use it before I go out for the day and after work on my way home. It's a life saver. Vacations are enjoyable without a horrible itchy rash. Thank you so much!

    Just started using your products this year and my first trip to Florida for a week in April was the first time in over 25 years that I didn't have a rash. Looking forward to enjoying a week in Punta Cana at the end of the month without having to sit under an umbrella for the whole trip. Thank you!!!

      Glad you found us Cheri! Fingers crossed our product will help. According to studies, AGR and vitamin E combined with broad-spectrum sunscreen was proven to lessen or prevent symptoms for 80% of PMLE sufferers. So it's not a guaranteed solution but for sure it's worth a shot

    Thanks Eloise for not throwing the towel at this disease but actually working towards a solution! Shirudo is my life saviour. I was diagnosed with PMLE about 3 years ago and I can't count the amount of times I exposed myself to the sun wearing a different sunscreen on each limb - only to find none of them would work very well and I was still left with the dreadful itch. Since Shirudo, my vacation is not so stressful since I know I might still get one or two small blisters, but it's very manageable and it won't ruin my time off!

    Sceptic at first. Now a believer. Follow the directions to a T as she says. Tried the combo with the night lotion. The night lotion is a must b/c had a very slight itchy rash starting to flare in the evening after applying the day lotion and sunscreen every two hours. Was in the summer sun all afternoon. Then showered and applied the night lotion. The next morning there was no more itchy flare up rash. Amazing.

    I love Shirudo for my PMLE. I have to ship it to UK which is expensive, so looking forward to the fact that an English distributor is imminent, which is fantastic news. I normally break out after 3 days when on holiday but with Shirudo I can get a good 6 days with hardly any breakouts and I completely lie out in the sun. I recommend it.

    I self diagnosed myself with PMLE three years ago (I know, should have gone to the doctor. 🤪). Shirudo has been a lifesaver for me! For years I was unable to enjoy the outdoors with my children without getting this terrible rash, mostly on my arms. At first I thought I had gotten poison ivy; then after a trip to the beach I figured I must be allergic to sunscreen. I eventually gave up trips to the pool or the beach and limited my time outdoors unless I was in the shade most of the time. With this cream, I am able to now enjoy the outdoors with my family, especially my grandchildren!

    Thanks for this demo! I’m gonna send it to a friend. After I recently posted on my IG, she shared that she had no idea this is what her rash was called.
    I’ve started using AGR+E and have noticed a difference! PMLE symptoms started about 4-5 years ago for me and got a little worse after pregnancy. I get it on my lower and upper forearm as well as my upper chest.
    Can you recommend some specific (affordable) sunscreens? Thanks!

    • @shirudo5645
      @shirudo5645  5 лет назад +1

      Thanks for sharing! Yes sure I can recommend sunscreens. Are you in the US? In USA and Canada I love Neutrogena UltraSheer with Helioplex, Coppertone Sport and Ombrelle. La Roche Posay Anthelios is good but pricy. In Europe Altruist, Ultrasun and Ladival are highly rated, Altruist being the cheapest one. It’s made by a non-profit corp that’s why.

      Hi i have been using Eucerin ple-leb sunscreen available in Spf 25 in Europe and Spf 50 in the uk, both contain Alpha-Glucosyl-Rutin (AG-R) I have been a sufferer for around 15years always thought it was prickly heat and after much research realised it was ple. I discovered shirudo about 4 years ago and it is a game changer it has made spending time in the sun more enjoyable. 😁

    I think i suffer from pmle, i have watched videos on it and have looked up images and i can relate. i get red patches on my chest which are itchy, hot and inflamed. I struggle a lot in summer/spring but i find once my rash goes i dont get it again till the next year. I have tried many different things to try to calm the rash down but nothing seems to really help. im 15 and was wondering if its worth a trip to the doctors. I cant sleep and its very uncomfortable to deal with.

    • @shirudo5645
      @shirudo5645  3 года назад

      You should always get a diagnosis from a doctor. Mild PMLE will go away after 2 weeks and won't come back until the next summer.

    Is this good for African Americans! I suffer from plme and trying to find something to help! Also what sunscreen is good for me I don't know much about numbering on sunscreen

    • @shirudo5645
      @shirudo5645  4 года назад +1

      Hi Tiffany, we do have a lot of African Americans among our customers who see good results. PMLE tends to be more severe unfortunately so they really have to stick to the application schedule and follow instructions to the letter. A SFP 30 broad-spectrum sunscreen is usually enough if you apply at least every 2 hours in good quantity. Most PMLE sufferers feel safer with a SFP 50. There is no need to go over this since it only gives slightly more protection. As long as you use a factor 30 minimum and a broad-spectrum coverage, applying in a good quantity and often is more important than the number on the tube. Feel free to visit our website for more information.

    I started developing pmle symptoms about five years ago. Prior to that I spent all my summers in the sun with no protection, burned the first time and tanned the rest. I’m 57 years old so it was before sunscreen was the way to go, kind of like when tobacco was cool!
    I’m wondering does your skin ever adapt or does it happen EVERY time you expose yourself to the sun?
    I’ve missed out on summer since it started. It’s ugly, painful and sooo itchy!

  • @BL-cl6kv

    When using shirudo, is it possible to get a tan?

    • @shirudo5645
      @shirudo5645  5 лет назад

      B L Yes. I do get a slight tan, gradually. Remember Shirudo has no UV protection. You still have to use a good broad spectrum sunscreen on top. If you use SPF 50 every 2 hours you are less likely to tan, but also less likely to have a PMLE rash.

I’m also extremely sensitive to SPF :( My breakouts are only with prolonged sun exposure. I’m nervous because topical ointments have never worked for me.

    Well, watching my hives and inflammation dissolve every day until it all disappeared was definitely appeasing, I went with what I mentioned and after 20 days my urticaria/angioedema disappeared. I just go'ogled the latest by Shane Zormander and now my skin is as smooth and healthy as it has ever been!
