  • From its origins in the Chen Village, TaijQiuan has spread and diversified greatly . During my latest trip to Beijing I was lucky enough to begin study of the lesser known TaiJi style of Li RouDong. A combination of BaGua, XingYi and Lohan melded with early Yang principles Li Taiji has has become one of my favorite forms to practice.
In this video my Shrfu, 4th Generation Li TaiJi Maste,r ZhangXueAn demonstrates the Spring Form.

Beautiful tai chi. I love tai chi. I only practice tai chi and bagua as I am getting old and they are not dependent on the youth of me for strength.
