If I can move like that at his age, I'll be very happy. The movements are so light, balanced and fluid. His back is straight and shows no sign of any tension in his body.

Beautiful. Yet another example of the true purpose of Chinese kung fu. Longevity, health, groundedness, and body mind balance. The modern world doesn't always understand that. Fighting means very little to a kung fu master. Happy training all. Amituofo!

Best thing about Taiji is how it supports us as seniors. He still knows it even if he can't perform the low stances and powerful fajin.

I saw the those moves in master Wong book called the Dao of taichiquan same similar moves.He remembers every move that's incredible! That s the whole meaning of taichi!
