With the Aegis Javelin and Idris going on active display for Invictus Launch Week 2020, I decided to create a cinematic piece to celebrate their first in-game appearance. Enjoy. The extended cut of this video is available through my Patreon below.

Great video. Next time, I suggest a close-up camera pan as the ship flies by "without" speeding up the playback so the viewer can have a moment to appreciate the details of the ship and be able to feel the length of the ship as it passes.
Thank you! That was something I tried to give the experience of in that second shot, but I agree, the video could use one or two more.
The extended cut of this video actually features all of the fly-bys in normal speed!
To be honest I think they should leave a heavy patrol group like this in game after the end of this Fleet week
It'd be pretty cool if the fleet remained in some way, it adds a lot to the game in the way of a live functioning verse.
And one day many will command such vessals
What a day that will be
Wow, fantastic! Great choice of music as well, good job!
wow - this is amazing.... ingame... what a dream
Thank you. It looks just about as good as the trailers make it look!
So that is what took you so long - it was worth every minute, thank you for those impressive shots. Maybe CIG should have made the ports a little smaller. There Idris lacks of looking mighty in there.
Thank you!
The Idris definitely look a bit outclassed by their own docks! But I'm sure when the ships are actually in game we'll have something that looks a bit better.
i dont know what the people in the song are saying but for some reason I hear "bye bye bar keep"
Hahaha, I heard "far jar bar keep!"
@@SpaceTomato what if its jar jar bar keep. Maybe its a summoning ritual for jar jar binks.
Lol i can't stop hearing it now! 🤣
Thanks for checking out my latest cinematic. Unfortunately it seems the audio suffered a bit during rendering. This was a quick one, and of course doesn't come with all the benefits of taking weeks on a video, but you can expect the long term treatment on my new Microtech cinematic coming soon.

Love the music choice and awesome quality visuals!
Thank you!
Nicely done!!
Wonderfull music dedicated to a great video, I am never tired to look it every month !
Why don't we have one for the Bengal Carrier, the tip of the spear?
As soon as I get access I'll have something for you. Bet on that!
@@SpaceTomato Looking forward to that!
The edge of the knife!
That is EPIC!!
Thank you!
beautiful shots almost Trailer worthy :D
I would gladly make a trailer for CIG if they would only answer my daily postage ;)
Thank you though.
did you do this with the mako? the shots are great.
Thank you!
I filmed this with the Terrapin, Sabre Raven, and Pisces. Just some cheeky positioning of the third person camera allows you to get these shots.
Fantastisch! Awesome! Thanks!
No thank you!!!
Great video
Thank you!
I don't think I've ever seen so many docked Aegis Javelins and Idris'
Can you imagine what will it be like when the Bengal or the retribution?
How do we have fireworks in the vacuum of space?? not exactly possible without oxygen.
It is possible as a firework can contain fuel and an oxidizer to function regardless of the surrounding gas.
Great video, but just smoke...Smoke since 2012👍, sorry.
I'm sorry you feel that way. But glad you enjoyed the video!
Nice vid!
Thank you!
Where is this music from? Also: voting
The music is on the video description, I originally heard it on the Squadron 42 video in December, but it is released to ask major music streaming services
Amazing Work ✌️
Thank you!
What no interior shots! :)
I wish they would let me onboard! I was banging at the doors!
Try making it in 25fps
Pshhh like my committee can go that high! :P
Nice :)
Thanks 😁
In a word: Epic.
Great visuals, but the audio sounds horrendous. Definitely not up to your normal standards. OK video overall, but you really need to make sure the audio is just as superb as the visuals next time.
Interesting. I'll have to check and see if something happened during the upload to cause some degradation. Thanks for the heads up.
Edit: Looks like it's a rendering issue with Davinci rendering to this aspect ratio. Weird, but something I'll need to figure out before the Microtech cinematic in the next couple of weeks. Thanks for pointing it out.
@@SpaceTomato Hey man, you're a master at your craft; you're definitely one of the best and I knew this was kinda odd. I had to say something to bring it to your attention. Glad you took it in the spirit it was given.
Appreciate the kind words buddy. Sometimes things go wrong, I count on you guys to meet me know :)
