- Today we’re Metal detecting in Santa Cruz California at 3 beaches! New Brighton, Moran Lake, and Sunny Cove. We got lucky and found a cut on one of my favorite spots that produced a few rings and pieces of jewelry!

Nice job on the finds! Decent video too. I never would have left that cut though especially with those rings popping out. Cuts like that dont come up often for me so definitely would of hit that in all directions and up'd my settings too. Nevertheless, you did good. Well done.

1982 and before are all copper. After 82, they are a mix of copper and zinc. I’m not sure what year started mostly zinc. They Rot away almost instantly

. Our cycles are 10 k 14k 18K 24K.😆🤣😅
