Some harsh comments below. I think the design has some merit. The simple angle adjustment that transforms the tool form one job (ripping) to smoothing (grading) is a good idea. As mentioned the ripping teeth could be changed to many smaller hard points alla cross the width. and some ability to add weight would be good. Everybody adds cement blocks but how about a water tank? Thanks for sharing your ideas.
Just an observation. Wouldn't it be better to have more teeth along the bar? Or at the very least, have a tooth, or a wheel on the ends to stop the sway.

Just another observation but don’t you think you should have your website up and running before saying your product is available at the website?
How do u spread gravel? And smooth is out on top of that
I can do a job that is 4X's as long and wide in half the time with level best box.
