Basically, the "22k diamonds" is the limit. From the moment you do 7 x10 summons, you can be lucky to get the legendary, but they say that the 22k diamonds is the limit. That's why I do single pulls after 7x10
You save up diamonds then summon for chosen draw if you want S legendaries and there are quests you can do to collect they’re shards like mew. If you want S+ Pokémon then just I would check somewhere that will give you updates on when they’ll show up or just login everyday,save up and summon
