I really don't understand how animation are stolen, these animation you showcase in before perfectly matches the game and have varieties too that doesn't exist in official pokemon. Almost every of these animation perfectly fits its own respective pokemon there's no way its stolen.
Its also severely paid to win so its just stealing data and money for sadly like 4s worth of animations. Pretty fucking raw and sick animations though. Hopefully there will be a day where gamefreak does legendaries and mythicals justice with stuff like this.

Pokemon had okayish attack animations like 20 years ago, when most things could be left up to the imagination anyway. But when they made the jump to 3d, and especially onto the switch which can handle a lot more graphics wise than the gameboy and DS could, yeah, we expect an increase in quality as well.

We do get the occasional really good animation for signature moves that are truly exclusive to a single Pokémon, since those ones let the animators make full use of the Pokémon's model. Just look at some of the Signature Z-Moves.
