SOFT AND EASY ORANGE CAKE..
How to make a easy and soft orange cake. A very fast recipe to prepare with no time at all. A new way to bake orange cake. won't buy cake anymore. Just delicious. So little time can be done. Cake contains a minimum of the simplest ingredients and does not contain chemicals. Be sure to try this homemade orange cake at home, you will love it and you bake it every day.so try it...
Ingredients -:
orange cake
All purpose flour 01 cup
baking powder 01 tsp
03 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
orange juice 30ml
01 orange
vanilla 01 tsp
orange syrup
icing sugar 50g
orange juice 30ml
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to (170°C) and ready a 5-inch square or round cake pan.
In a mixing bowl, add the flour and baking powder. Mix well.
In a large bowl add the eggs and sugar Beat the mixture on medium speed for about 2 minutes until the batter is smooth and well combined and add vanilla , melted butter. mix well.
grate an orange peel in to the mixer and add orange juice. mix well.
now add the dry ingredients mixer. mix well and fold and cut with spatula.
Pour the batter into the prepared 5" cake pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes - 170 celcius
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer it .
how to make orange syrup :
Mix icing sugar and orange juice until smooth.
Once the syrup has thickened further, it's ready to use. You can spread it.
