    That building would look better if it were taller like 50 stores

    I’m sure it will be a nice hotel but I must admit by building it so close to the watermark, next-door , that basically destroys the views of 40% of the apartments in the watermark, which is extremely expensive, many potential residents will not be wanting to rent those apartments, because of the destroyed view. Not particularly good planning about this location.

      They should make all the buildings taller. I guess they're waiting to see if those shorter ones fill up first. Detroit has a lot of land to build on. Maybe we'll get a tallest building in the future
