Whatever you do, don't do strides on a sore knee. I did that a couple of weeks ago, and now I've been off running for 3 weeks. I still have a few more weeks left, so look after your body and dont push it.
When they say it's the most accurate heartrate monitor it basicly means that when Garmin would be showing 128 then the Polar would say 129 and that means that 129 is correct. It's really just 1or 2 beats/sec difference. Which might be a big difference for someone that wants to do perfect zones.
My knee started hurting while I was running, and I could hardly run but, I got it checked and it was growing pain 💀 I rolled for like one hour twice a day for a couple days and they said that I had loose muscles for a runner😂😂
Great video! Back to that knee issue. Ice it and I would work on form and not landing so heavily on your heels. I used to do this especially in basketball season and it screwed up my knee so just work on that and really strengthen the knee and you'll be good

Nice videos, I really enjoyed your full race video format but I don’t really enjoy the timelapse format. In m opinion montages are just more enjoyable and you should look into film making such as camera angles, editing and mise en scene.
