It’s so close between the new Audi RS 3 and the RS 6!

- In today's episode, we will drive these cars in a drag race to find out if the brand new Audi RS 3 is faster than its sibling Audi RS 6
These cars weigh differently and have different effects. But since it is faster than the Audi RS 4, it may have a chance against the RS 6. The Audi RS 3 makes 0-100 in 3.8 seconds and has 400 horsepower and 500 nm. They've made the rs3 almost too good. The rs4 has no business being that expensive given thers3 performance and drivability. The RS6 is worthy due to size, but surely Audi need to create a better version of the RS6 if it's to justify that huge price, esp when you compare to the m5cs and the etron
There is a massive difference in terms of interiors between the two cars. Not that it justyfies the price difference but there is gotta be a few pennies in there.
Ehm... The RS4 has a lot more space and interior quality. Perfromance is not everything what price makes. If you want to see it like this, the RS6 and RS7 are as well too overpriced and not faster enough than the RS4/5.
Why they haven’t made a *performance* variant like they did with the c7 is beyond me..that would definitely justify the price tag I think..

@@mrbartek3122 look at each cars dragy times, , 100-200 for the RS6 is mid to high 8 seconds seconds whereas the M5 is down to low 7/high 6s, and the M5 is a solid couple tenths quicker to 100kmh. See the videos below:

Your friend which drove rs6 has not only problem with sight/glasses, but even with launching the car and most of all.. with his RT (reaction time) which are worst than my grandma RT when she's drunk-dead😂
By the way.. rs6 is Audi and is Premium and real car (rear bias transmission, longitudinal engine) but rs3 is a poor golf platform which is "permanent FWD" and even when runs for those few second as AWD.. it's still front bias in a big way 😂

Wouldn't make any difference to the launch time and as this car has blue callipers, that means it has the ceramic brake option - which in most markets means it has the 180mph top end as well.

Looks like the RS6 started behind the RS3 most of the time. The RS6 wasn't launched at all. The guy driving the RS6 cannot seem to shift the car properly either. Yes, the RS6 doesn't have a true launch control, you must brake torque it with the engine warm, steering wheel straight, traction control fully off, car in sport/manual and dynamic. Fastest will be a launch in sport and then after the 1-2 slap the lever into manual and shift PROPERLY from there, The car is very fast in 0-60 and then continues to move out.
I don't own an RS6 but I do own a modified A6 3.0T that uses a ZF8 automatic, like the RS6, just with less max torque capabilities. Most of us with Stage 2 dual pulley 93 octane or Stage 1 E85 run 0-60 in mid to low 3s using modified transmission shift pressures and schedules.
Put a Stage 1 on that RS3, and see again
Good call mate. Got revo stage 1 in a 2018 model and it goes really well without flashing the box . Haven't Dino'd it yet but feels quicker up thru the gears. Waited for the warranty to pass b4 tuning so didn't fuk that up. Live the new one. Getting an itchy chequebook. They do a vosperg version thats well equipped for 60 long

I own an A45s and I have literally just driven the new RS3 demonstrator at my local Audi centre. Verdict, the RS3 is faster, stops quicker and handles better. It even sounds better and looks better. Order placed! Tango Red sportback, C&S pack, RS dynamic pack, carbon black edition. Can't wait!
