This immediately brought me back to the 90's/ early 2000's watching anime at 12am on Adult Swim and I didn't realize just how much I loved and miss that atmosphere.

I think if we had something like the old Ota-chan shows between the anime episodes it would be really good, not only because their styles are different, but there would be more consistent uploads. And I actually miss the old style of videos
I wouldn't be surprised if you're already thinking about it but I think the character of Ota-chan would be great as a v-tuber. English va is fantasticly funny and it would bring in more attention to this channel. I find this channel to be one of the highest quality channels with relative obscurity.
