  • Time for the next step to improve track times. GR Yaris lacks proper camber for the track. Hopefully these adjustments will make some difference.

    日本国内ではアーム類の交換は構造変更申請して承認が必要です。そうしないと次回に車検で通りません。ボルトの締付けはトルクレンチで規定値にあわせる事をお勧めします。

    Hello there, GReat videos like always. What was the original value of front camber before you added the 1.25 ° please ?

    • @razzjp
      @razzjp  2 года назад +1

      Sorry, I do not know. Whatever stock camber is on the GR. I just zeroed out the camber gauge and then turned the bolt to get max additional camber.

      Stock camber is like 1°35' -1°50'. Depends how lucky you are, and no adjustment provided from the factory - gotta love MacPherson struts.

      Hi, thanks for watching my videos. The camber bolts are Largus. I bought them on Amazon Japan, www.amazon.co.jp/-/en/gp/aw/d/B08WLP71KJ?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title
      I think Whitline and some other companies make them too.

    Thanks for the informative video, was the rear adjustable toe arms absolutely necessary? Was the toe arms needed due to the more negative camber or purely due to the lowered ride height?

      @razzjp  2 года назад

      Hi, thanks for watching. I not 100% sure they were necessary. It is quite possible that the stock arms would have allowed enough adjustment after lowering the car. Definitely had no issues with the alignment having them in though. My guess is that I would not have been able to get the camber I needed without them. I definitely needed the camber bolts in front to get some decent camber.

    I've installed both Cusco Rear Upper & Lower arms and rear anti-sway bar in my GR Yaris, but after that i heard clunking sounds like something loose on low speed uneven road. Triple checked all bolts have been tighten and no loose parts. Do you experience any clunking / squeaking sound after installing the Cusco's?

    • @razzjp
      @razzjp  2 года назад

      No I have not had any wierd noises after installation even after tracking it. I do not have rear sway bar but should not matter. Did you get a alignment after installation or at least check yourself with some toe plates and camber gauge?

    このパーツを付けてホイールサイズはどの程度まで履けましたか?9.5J+45くらいですか?

    • @razzjp
      @razzjp  2 года назад +1

      My wheels are 9 +45. No issues with clearance on the rear. With the 255/35 tire on the front and camber bolts, I did need a spacer to not touch the HKS suspension.
