Honoustly a front anti lift kit with lighter lower control arms and higher density rubber topmounts have been the best suspension upgrades i did to my haldex powered 4wd audi a3 2.0tfsi with 414 hp and 545nm of torque @the engine, i had alot of understeer and bad handeling before, now it's a joy to drive and much more stable, you notice a massive difference in cornering and on roundabouts you notice the turn in and cornering stability, a must for anyone who likes the flow of driving.👍
I'm really really loving your videos! I have a 2016 Camaro SS that I race semi-competitively in the optima Street car challenge and there's just nothing on youtube for a guy like me. Everything is about being cool and doing widebody on a street car but this is real world track stuff with some driving and testing parts. Don't agree with your catted down pipe but I'll let it go. Thanks for the videos. This is just great content!!

100% going to try out the lift kit, Ive unsettled the car a few times mid corner and squirmed a bit under brakes, I've really been looking into lowering it, but I need the clearance atm for school parking lot speed Mountains
Is the front subframe fixed on pins or can it be adjusted? On a Mk1 Yaris you can play with caster settings by moving the subframe about and at the very least you can set both sides the same. My settings are very similar on my Mk1 Yaris, but I run 3.0deg neg. 1mm total toe is how I run, creates a very stable setup.
Hi Andrew, can you please put up a link for these parts, where they can be purchased, I can't find the GR Yaris in the Sparesbox website, just the 1.3 & 1.5, Cheers Greg
BTW guys, BLITZ Japan just announced a new product they’re developing to counter that boost cut and rev limit problem that you guys were encountering on the dyno. Apparently EVERYONE knows about the issue so much so that not even BLITZ, who are well known in JDM parts, couldn’t get proper dyno runs in their development.
i was watching a noriyaro video and he showed a hks "power editor" aka boost controller/piggyback thing for the yaris. i wonder if the car keeps having the same issue when you up the boost / use that thing.
Blitz removes the Japan limit of 180kph, not the 230kph we get in rest of the world. In their video you can clearly see in the end the limiter hitting n 230kpm and 6th grar has at least 1k rpm till redlne
Copy paste: 1: track pack doesn't exist here 2. equivalent is called Rallye 3. it cost 15K more than base model i got 4. Only 200 available and already sold out 5. Those 200 haven't been built yet, let alone delivered
Interesting, did you see the Misha vlog from the nurbergring, looks like they blew the motor on their yaris by miss shifting from third into second, might be something to be aware of when your tracking
Only 200 of them coming end of year though all sold. 1100 of the stock version are coming though which I believe are similar to your comfort/convenience pack we unfortunately didn't get the choice of picking what 'pack' we wanted. Mine should arrive next week and as I was in the first 1000 I only paid $39950 which is around £22000 so not to bad really and with the money saved it can go to aftermarket LSDs, tyres etc.
@@MotiveVideoI would say not allways it depends on fewfactors and main one what will brake first 😂. My friend two months ago brake down gearbox in his sti. Same story moneyshift but gearbox said im out first and engine its ok. Gear output shaft broke. Wish you best and waiting for next video cheers

Ease up on the music mate, make it a bit more low key like the Ignition DVD days!
Great content, direct and straight to the point. Will be aiming to get more front camber before the next track day

hmmm GTR/Skyline updates soon?
soon
What wrap make/colour is this car please and any more pictures / videos of the car, it looks amazing!
Take a look back through our channel. there is 6-7 videos now.
Great GR content Andrew. Should modify the Yaris name badge, lol. Toyota should have given its own name.
What about telling us what this all costs please. Most of us are on a budget.
Also the effects of these mods on Warranty and also Insurance.

do you notice if the sport setting has more rotation than the track setting because of the power distribution?

Did these bolts at their max setting give 1 extra degree of camber? -2.5 in total?
Any issues with these slipping or alignment moving over time?
Does the antilift kit bushes have a mark to show the best fitting orientation?

No, this is just a advert .. lol

Second he was trying to go from fourth to fifth when he got third.

Google and comes up Noise Vibration Harshness
Watch out dont misshift or moneyshift as ppl say Robert from Apex Nurburgring just killed his engine on first cylinder no compression 😢
You can only rev when downshifting too many gears. And it would break any engine, so its a generic warning, not a Yaris specific one.
