    It would have been great if you'd explained about camber and the differences that it should make

      Apologies for that omission. I’ll include it in my review of the camber bolts & powerflex bushes 🙂

    I’ve been looking at your channel for a few months now, it’s crazy the amount of quality you have in your videos. I hope the RUclips algorithm will catch on to your videos one day and you’ll probably blow up, for now I want to thank you for entertaining me with your great videos.

    Amazing video!!!! What are your thoughts on how much camber we can give a street car without affecting the tires too much?

    If I were to get the Cusco upper control arms, should I also get the Cusco lower control arms?

    Will be interesting to see how fast it now munches through the inside shoulder on the front tyres. The 208 GTi BPS had crazy front negative camber and 12k miles, cords were showing, That was with no hard/track driving, too!

    Toyota makes camber bolts for a lot of their models, example 86 camber bolts fit my Toyota Estima .. There are 3 different options and using different ones on the top and bottom bolt can give a ton of adjustment... Also don't need to worry about them moving around.

      I've not heard of their own camber bolts for the GR. I'll keep an eye out for them.

    Is that a Polo WRC on the left in the entry shot? Or just a GTI with a front bumper?
    Anyway, nice video mate!

      Just a GTI with a bumper. Looks good though.

      Just the bottom of the suspension strut. It’s welded on either side 👍🏼

    I was under the impression that you couldn't fit that type of adjustable camber bolt to the rear of the GR Yaris, rather you needed adjustable rear camber arms instead?

      I've been toying with this idea, too. I don't see why we can't do it.

    • @JBCTR
      @JBCTR  2 года назад +1

      The rear camber bolts are quite a lot smaller than the front, which means you don’t get as much adjustment. So if you want lots of camber, then adjustable arms are required. Camber bolts will suit most use cases though.

      @@JBCTR my car 15mm lower than stock in the rear has 2.5 on the driver's side but 2.1 on the passenger, with really good temperature and even wear at the 2.5 and a little too much shoulder wear at the 2.1 (track) so I'm really pleased to hear camber bolts work on the rear. Means I'll be able to get a touch more than 2.5 on both sides which I feel would be ideal. I don't think the cars need much more than that in an OEM+ build.
