I can’t wait to see that baby in action!!!
I’m actively searching for a place to rip up some 🌍!
I love mine I got a 1.6 with fuel injection I love my Suzuki samurai it doesn't flood and with this new gas I do believe Fuel injection is the way to go
I agree!! That 1.6 is starting to sound pretty good!!
Lookin awesome, get it to the Left Coast!!!
Making my way over there! Just can’t go too far…emission and I don’t get along hahah
thanks for this video bro, I was looking at a Suzuki Jimny but I think I'm starting to prefer the Samurai look after watching a couple videos
No problem at all!! I have done some more work to it sense then. A part 2 will be coming out soon. Welcome to the Zuki crew!!
Greetings from Mexico bro, I own the same model, now I'm working on restoration too 🤘
What’s going on! That’s awesome bro! I love working on these things! Gotta keep them nice…they are becoming rare!
😂 Zukiland your truck is so dope!!!
Thank you brotha! Been working hard on it lately!!
Greetings from Florence, Italy I own a 2001 Suzuki Jimny 4x4 with m13a 1.3L petrol engine. All original that I use on dirt country roads. I also use it on farm and mountain tracks and on country roads when they are completely covered in snow! For me, the Suzuki Jimny is a good off-road vehicle which, due to its small off-road dimensions, is superior to the nissan patrol 4x4s which are limited mastodons in off-road compared to the Suzuki Jimny 4x4 which due to its small and compact size moves better off-road than any larger off-road vehicle such as the Land Rover Defender!
GREETINGS!! You are my first international messenger! That’s awesome! What a great little journey you took me on with this message! I was just thinking about what I would work on next after my Samurai is a finished and how I like it. The Suzuki Jimny came to mind and I also agree that these Suzukis are the top four wheeling machines out there!Thank you again for messaging me I appreciate you greatly!!
That's a beautiful man right there
😏
cool video ty!
Hey thank you! I appreciate that! Glad you enjoyed it!
Wow, Always wanted to buy one
You can get one whenever and tinker on it. This zuki isn’t done yet and I’ve been working on it since 2014
Good bro..
Appreciate you bro!
I swapped in a GM 2 litre engine and it's making around 200 hp. No "kits" involved.
That sounds dope! Good stuff 👍🏻
sick sammy can you please make a video in depth on your lift/suspension
Hey thanks man! I appreciate you. When I bought my Sami the lift and suspension had already been installed. I’m going to be working on that next and I plan on making a full video soon.
@@zack.taylor l had a factory lwb Samurai a few years ago that l upgraded specifically for maximum capability offroad, this included front and rear ARB difflocks, heavy duty clutch, heavy duty axle shafts, 6.5 to 1 low range, suspension lift and power steering and 31" all terrain tires, even with the original 1300cc engine it was superb offroad and if l'd kept it an lsuzu 1.9 litre turbo diesel was going to be installed but l sold it.
@@clooperman3745 that rig sounds like it was pretty awesome!! I like the turbo diesel idea for later on down the road! That would be SWEET!!
Future generations will not know the joy of restoring an old vehicle because of the disposability of modern cars. Between the sensors, wiring, and computers; these cars become too complicated for the average person to want to restore
That’s one of the reasons why I’m restoring my Zuki! It’s so incredibly easy to fully restore this thing and keep as an everyday driver. I will always have a vehicle that I can completely disassemble and reassemble
Very Cool, I bought an 87 soft top last year, been working on it little by little. I love how you replaced vents with speakers and gauges! Im very interested in your fuel system. Link?
I just watched your other video about it,, Nice work Sir!
Hey! Thanks man I appreciate it! If you get the kit from low range they assemble it all for you and bench test it for you without needing the after market fuel pump. If you have any questions pertaining to your Zuki just hit me up. My buddy and I have been working on Zukis forever and we are down to help out in whatever way....or at least steer you in the right direction
Most likely culprits for Death Wobble is Alingnment & Tire Balance
@@speedfreak8200 Thank you for this!! This helps me with my next step which was to get this thing running down the road smoothly and safely!! Appreciate you!!
Niiice!
What's the color's code?
What’s do you mean? What is the color code?
Greetings good sire!
I own a long wheel base Suzuki Samurai (a.k.a Suzuki Gypsy) here in a little corner of the world called Meghalaya. Don’t you think that the torque output of the 1.3 L engine is a little underwhelming?
Stock I believe that to be true. But if you get the upgraded cam shaft and flat top pistons with the 44mm Harley carb kit it does pretty well I think. But that just me working with what I’ve got you know? If I had all the money…I think that the 1.6L conversion is a great option as well. Do you have the 1.3L or something else?
@@zack.taylor Yes, I have the 1.3L. I am swapping it with the 1.6L though. Let’s go wheeling together.
So no California??? :O
Cali is dope and I always say yes to Cali…. If you can afford it. And if you want to rock your zuki down the street…that’s not happening in Cali anymore
Hey. How is the performance of Electric Power Steering agasint Hydraulic one.?
The power steering is one of the greatest things that was added to the zuki. I’ve only had the power steering on it. Never tried or even knew the hydraulic one was an option. Sorry I couldn’t be more help
Thought was PewDiePie on the thumbnail😂😂
That’s hilarious! Nope just me over here haha
Are those Jeep fenders
Yes they are
"PromoSM"
👍🏻
ho man what do you think of mine?? ?
Your Suzuki is awesome my dude!! I dig the way that you video as well. There may be a language barrier but I still enjoy watching the videos!! I also love your puppy dog very good looking pup!! I subscribed and will be checking in!! Good stuff brother!
This suzuki has carb upgrade. Cam upgrade and headders. Thats what we will have
But we are using the weber carb on the 1.3 motor
I’ve heard good things about the Weber as well! Never heard any negative reviews about it
