One thing I love about you is how you'll leave in a mistake here and there, throw some light humor on it, and move on. That, I think, resonates with most of us. I'm over 40 years in on the instrument, still learning, and these lessons and tips have been invaluable. So thank you my brother.
By the way, the negative comments are from players who might need to practice more because you really do simplify the licks you are teaching in a way that brakes through the over thinking most of us tend to do when learning to play lead. Again, thanks for being here!

I watched the run through of the licks at the beginning, and thought, "those licks looks impressive." Watched the tutorial of the first one and thought, "damn, that does look pretty easy." Had to stop: no sense watching the rest of it until I get home to my guitar

It always seems very hard in my head to play an instrument. The time and effort. I remember getting a guitar as a kid and they try to give me lessons. I quit Becuase it wasn't fun. Now that I'm older I picked up a guitar amd thought I'd give it another try. Without wanting to get good or better myself I just wanted it as kinda a toy. I started to realizing how fun it really is. I figured out all the notes on the neck, and basic Ramones songs along with some blues. Now watching your videos I'm learning some fun new tricks. I think of my music I'm learning as tricks, because it still takes practice. The fun is put into it allowing me to practice and get better. I want to thank you for making this video. ✨👌

I love your videos but I always find very hard working on your explanations because after doing just ONE low example, then you start playing very very quick and you never tell us how to use to pic, up or down. The first lick for example is impossible to play right without knowing how to use the pic. Please, more slowly and try to explain to us HOW to play with the pic. Thanks
