I have recently started making a protein coffee every morning and have felt great. I got this from you guys. It is so easy just add protein powder with some instant coffee into a shaker(I also add Creatine to mine) and your good to go. Keep up the great content guys, I have been listening to y’all for about 2 years and have gotten so much from your show.
Frozen Cool Whip is a game changer if you have a sweet tooth after dinner… has about 25calories for a couple tablespoons….. eat it frozen so it’s like ice cream…. It’s just sweet enough to knock your craving down without going crazy on calories 😉
I have organs maybe only once or twice a month, eggs only once or twice a week and no fruit or veggies and dairy very rarely. I can’t believe people get bored of meat I look forward to every meal. It’s been 14 1/2 months now.
When I fast in the morning I become ravenous at night. I get hit with waves of cravings and immense hunger that are truly uncontrollable. When I start my day with 50 grams of protein I'm much more able to control what goes into my mouth in the evening.

I have fasted for almost a decade and can tell you you will become ravenous at night and your body has a way of somehow getting the calories it needs by signaling extreme hunger. However I have found that I am so active that when I eat only 2 meals I can’t seem to eat the 4k+ calories I need to actually gain weight. Great for maintaining and losing weight but it for adding mass of course
great stuff guys. can you guys address the idea that excess protein gets converted to glycogen in the liver, so its a great way to provide all the protein needs, control appetite, and some good energy via the excess. ie a meat n eggs based approach (not keto)
Only food only food shakes with supliments im a leavel 4 trakinen n open class i get ma client eating with shoes and to diet killing it. Its healthy to keep body fo in double digits im jacket and ripped at 16 percent better for training
Just eat beef and eggs, throw some bacon in there. You'll be satiated while not full. I love to make some Taboule and add it on the side, add some cottage cheese to those eggs. Come on now
