I’ve had this gun since it was released. I like this pistol more than any other I own, even my glocks. I would love to make this my every day carry. But, the lack of aftermarket support making it hard to find a good holster that accommodates a flashlight in the carry position I like is next to impossible. I have a crossbreed for it. But I’d love to snag an appendix carry that allows for a TLR7A
I tried it last week, it definitely felt alot better in the hand than the Glock, it looks reliable and of course the quality is as expected from IWI. it's everything you can ask for that price and more but a worthy successor to the Glock? only time will tell
Great review! My favorite attribute of my maasada is the takedown lever. It's basically a free speed ledge/speed ramp that is perfectly positioned to mitigate the recoil. Also helps my support hand positioning so that i dont ride the mag release on the last round which i have a tendency to do on most pistols.
I picked up a Masada as an open box "blem" model for $350 new. It was missing a magazine and the instruction manual, which is no biggie really. I simply ordered another mag for 25 bucks and downloaded the manual from IWI's website. The blem is literally a light scratch on the slide where it contacts the rail, and will disappear with use from wear. Honestly, it is hard to think of a better full size frame EDC gun for the money. It's decently light, relatively thin compared to some other guns out there in the same price range, reliable, and pretty darn accurate once you use the correct sight picture.

I got mine for $370 used. Don’t let the price fool you it’s fantastic. It weighs less than my CZ P10S and that’s with an RMR on the Masada. IWI killed it. I messaged them about plans to make a compact grip module and mags but they have no plans to at this time. 👎🏻
I have one to and love it! I LIKE IT BETTER THAN GLOCK! Got it fitted with the Olight baldr mini I havnt got the RMR yet because there isn't co witness sights but maby soon?

I got mine a month ago from Big Daddy Unlimited for $422.99. I got mine just before they sold out, but as of the other day (2-17-2021) they’re back in stock. I did see it a couple other places online but higher in price, but not too bad. I like mine for sure.

Masada is a fortress on a mountain right on the eastern bank of the Dead Sea when Hebrews fled the Romans from Jerusalem and built a garrison there. The Romans found the fortress and laud a siege down the mountain (you can still see the marks of the Roman camp on the soil today). Enevtually all the inhabitants of the fortress committed suicide rather to be taken alive by the Romans. I recommend visiting Masada 🤠

It sure does! It also comes with the mounting plates and specific screws. You can mount the Trijicon RMR, Vortex Venom, Leopold Delta Point Pro or Sig Romeo series.
The one problem is with this nice firearm the most its parts are made in China, but assembled in Israel. That's what the Israeli gunsmiths says and that's why it's a low quality weapon.

Make your decision is it true or just someone stirring the pot of controversy. Heard, there is some small production of Massada in the US - don't know what kind of parts they use to assembly theyr firearms.
I highly doubt these are assembled with chinese parts, especially given the israel chinese relations. It is a excellent handgun accurate and doesnt feel like a 2x4 Block in the hand. Word is IDF is fielding these soon.
@@ag2158 The Israel-Chinese relations are good enough, not clear what you mean. They trade their cars and many other stuff here in Israel. Massada is the great firearm, designed in Israel. To order the parts in China it's the all around the worls practice. If is it true and IWI order the parts for Massada in China - nothing wrong here, but chinese quality is well known problem, and the warehouses full of broken Massada's is not a big surprise. So, all looking logical.

As to the guide rod, the Masada website has a stainless guide rod replacement available. The Masada is an excellent pistol at a tremendous price.

By 500 rds my trigger pulls at 4 lbs. Very short reset and crisp brake. Excellent buy for the money.

Based on the owner’s manual, p. 9, it’s zeroed at 25 meters.

You can’t hear anything coming from the trigger because of the damn music... let your videos speak for themselves.
IWI uses a 25 meter zero which makes our yard impact low. They suggest switching to Sig Sauer #8 Front, #8 Rear. to fix this issue.
